Food was good ( not counting the missed condiments that were ordered on the side/ server forgot the extras on the side) My... steak #164;on menu ordered medium rare to medium came out well done. Last but not least to go containers were styrofoam (whichis illegal in Maryland). Mentioned this on a previous visit but was not taken seriously and the action was repeated. Read more

Food is amazing and some of the best Mexican food I ever ate.i loved it an will continue to come here many times in future.
They are not very many options in Cockeysville Towson for Mexican food. So we frequent here because I?m close to her. The salsa... taste like catch up. And it?s not very good. The rest of the food is OK. But the drinks are great. The service is alwaysexcellent. The staff is always kind and friendly. Not great Mexican food just average but the staff is above average. I LOVE LaTolteca & go there often. TODAY, however the food was NOT tasty as it usually is. I ordered the "Street Tacos" 4... Chicken tacos. Picture attached. They were INCREDIBLY dry!! The ONLY sauce that came with them was WAYYYYYY TOOOO HOT/spicy forme. I had to ask for sour cream to add SOME kind of moisture to them. Just 4 tacos with a VERY, VERY SMALL amount of cilantro.You can see how LITTLE toppings it had from the pic. NOT a fan of this dish. Tried something New on the menu, & it was a FAIL.Will stick to the chicken chimichanga's next time!!. Ordered Chimichanga's (chicken) to go. Waitress kept trying to suggestbeef??!!! NOT sure why. I don't even eat that much beef. Tried the FLAN for dessert. Its a custard round with chocolate drippedon top & whipped cream. NOT good either. Waitress was REALLY moving fast & rushing us...barely staring at the table to allow usto ask for dessert. We had to basically say to her: " hold on wait, I want to order..." I have NEVER been in this LaToltechlocation & had this kind of experience. VERY Uncharacteristic service this time. TWO STARS. Being rushed by the waitress meantI rushed to NOT leave my regular 25% tip !!!!!!! LADIES!!!! Never had a Hawaiian style Fajita before but oh man, I was NOT disappointed at all. The food was fantastic. We sat at the bar... and I loved how the bartender sprayed down the bar in between customers. I'm super excited to go back and try something else onthe menu. Read more
The service was great, my server was very attentive and took very good care of me. The quality of the food was not what it used... to be. It was still good enough to eat, just not the best quality meat and the seasoning wasn't great. Didn't taste authentic.The food was still fresh, just not the same quality it once was. Read more
Had an amazing Taco Tuesday. The food was great. Chips were nice and crispy. The black beans were yummy. Tacos were perfect.... Ground Beef was tasty. Fajitas were done just right with the peppers & onions, topped with lettuce& tomatoes. Read more
