This place is a hidden gem. Love their bowls and burritos. Everything is fresh and filled to the brim. Their sushi prices are... also the best in the area. I placed an order at this restaurant for the very first time through GrubHub and when my food arrived I thought the restaurant... messed up my order. I called the restaurant right away and told them about my issue and right away I spoke with the owner whostated that they were going to remake my order and deliver it to my address personally. No questions asked just veryunderstandable about my troubles. Once the driver got here and they showed me where I was in fact wrong and they did make myorder right I was one embarrassed and two thankful. They didn’t make me feel bad for my mistake, but instead simply replacedmy order. I will definitely be returning customer, my apologies to the owner for my mistake and thank you for rectifying thesituation without any hassle! Read more
The food has good flavors. But there is a huge disconnect in communication with the staff. I have a severe gluten and dairy... allergy and wanted to know what sauces have any allergens. The staff did not understand that at all. At least it would behelpful if the menu clearly indicated what food contains what allergens. Read more
How does this place have good reviews? My bowl looked delicious, but I could tell from the first bite that something was wrong... with the salmon & tuna. Either they are getting the cheapest fish ever, or they gave me old fish. Threw out both bowls. Read more
LOVE this place! Has been our go-to sushi and poke place ever since we moved to Timonium/Cockeysville area. Never dined in,... always done takeout, but the food is delicious. Towson roll is our favorite. The portions are very generous and super tasty. Read more
Me and a friend went in the middle of the day on a Saturday a little earlier this month and were greatly disappointed at the... lack of service. I read the reviews and had already picked out what I wanted to order. I was so excited to try them out. Theywere open but someone was in the back and did not come to the front and the woman sitting next to the register was on her phoneand seemingly uninterested in helping paying customers, so she ignored us as we stood there waiting to be serviced. We were theonly ppl in the restaurant. Very unprofessional. We will not be back and I would not recommend. Things like this have youwondering was it me? Is it because I’m black? In town and thought I'd take a chance and try this little hole in the wall place. I have to tell you I have paid twice as much... for sushi rolls that don't taste nearly on par is these in Chicago. Definitely worth it!! This is my new stop when I'm back intown. Super Yummy!!!! Read more
The group I was with opted to dine-in though the place seemed more oriented for take out. The staff was very courteous and... accommodating. I had the Hawaiian bowl. The sauces meshed well with every ingredient. Many bites with a new ingredient feltpleasantly unique and kept the dish interesting. The bowls are generously portioned, most of the group was able to make the bowlinto two meals.
