Got told off by employee for reaching across the counter to get a cup sleeve for my venti ice coffee this morning. I only... started going to this location 3 days ago. I asked for a cup sleeve 3 days ago and was told where it was on the counter, so Itook one for the past 3 days, but apparently if you need anything on the counter you need to ask that it be handed to you. August 2022: Grabbed a coffee ? and an oatmeal to go. Workers were really working hard as the place was super busy with drive... thru, mobile orders and walk ins (like myself). Lady who served me was doing a good job hustling with customers and making theoatmeal and hot food orders. Overall, a big "thanks" for making my breakfast quickly and for the friendly service! The Java chip Frappuccino is always my favorite. My daughter usually likes to get a Frappuccino that?s fancy and has all kinds... of different things on it. And is the latest sensation on the Internet. The staff is always accommodating and friendly. I knowFrappuccino?s is one of the most difficult things for them to make. But I?ve never had a problem. The store always clean thestaff is friendly and the seating area is organized and clean as well. I do recommend this Starbucks. I know they?re workinghard and it can be difficult with some of the customers but they?re trying. Read more

just got a pumpkin spice latte at the drive through and this was my cup before 8 drank out of it.
There's nothing wrong with the drinks they make here or how courteous the staff are. However, it appears sometimes they're not... quite able to handle being busy, and things are slow to ready when there are a lot of orders. Additionally, the exact locationof the building, placement of building entrance, and entrance to the drive through contribute to a terrible backup onto the mainroad (York Rd), which ends up further delaying getting in and ordering, and sometimes even completely blocking one of the twolanes on York road.
