This has a nice atmosphere. The layout is slightly odd with the bar mixed in the middle. We got the Showstopper. The ribs and... crab cakes where pretty great. Perhaps the ribs could be a little bigger. The fries were fresh but needed to have salt added totaste. The Mac n cheese was Mac n cheese. Nothing special mu thought there BBQ sauces where solid! Found this place by accident and I'm SO glad I did. Hubby and I both ate good! Jumbo lump crab cakes, ribs, chicken, drinks... and didn't even spend over 80 bucks! Our server was super sweet too!! We don't live around here but I'd make the trip again forsure!!! Read more
They really do have the best ribs! Tasty and they fall right off the bone. The fried chicken was a bit heavy on the breading,... but still tasty. The restaurant itself is small bit popular, so it's a good idea to make a reservation. You can now park in thespaces in the shopping center immediately behind the restaurant. Read more
I stopped in because I wanted to taste the ribs. I kept driving past the sign “Baltimore Best Ribs.” I loved the shrimp.... They was delicious! I didn’t care for the Mac and Cheese so I switched it out for the mashed potatoes without gravy because Ipromised my Endocrinologist PA that I was going to do better. The ribs was tasty but I wished the rack had a little more meat onit. David my server was outstanding! The atmosphere was friendly. The restaurant was neat and clean. Been since before Covid since we been. I've been coming forever since I was a child myself. Columbia location isn't half as good... as the original. We got there 1 min after they opened on Saturday. We were the 2nd people in, I was happy to see what lookedlike a decent crew, didn't see 1 person trying to do everything. The service as always was amazing. Margaritas always smoothhere, $5 for a drink is silly cheap by anyones standards anywhere. Ribs & crab cakes still good as ever. The kids got burgersand they looked amazing. Stable onion for an app was good. Everything good to go like before. Post Covid eating out has beensad, many places have tanked in cleanliness, service and quality of food, and I'm happy that Corner Stable hasn't. Great crew,they were all very nice to my family. If you are looking for a delectable and filling meal then you have to try out the Corner Stable! My favorite is the Showstopper... which is a full rack of mouth watering succulent Baby Back Ribs and a Colossal Lump Crab Cake ???? My??sides were roastedvegetables and heavenly Mac & Cheese ???? The best part about my meal was being able to spend it with someone very special in mylife, my Grandmother! It is always great to spend time with her and catch up. Life can seem to go by quick and that you arealways too busy but you must remember to make time for those you love and be present with them to enjoy your time together. Dayslike today always remind to reach out more to people who I care about and connect to let them know I am thinking about them.It’s pretty amazing sometimes how much a simple phone call can make someone’s day that much better! Absolutely great food, and the waitstaff was friendly and efficient! The place itself is casual and non-assuming, and the... entrées they put out are exactly what you'd expect - green beans were crunchy tender, and seasoned perfectly. The ribs wereamazing, and the crabcake top notch. I'd recommend this restaurant hands down! Read more
Stopped in for lunch and had to try the the Wednesday $20 jumbo lump crab cake special, which comes with fries or slaw. It was a... great value, and the 8oz crab cake had minimal filler and came with an ample amount of stable fries. We ate at the bar. I lovethe old school vibe of the Corner Stable and the bartenders were super friendly and helpful. They have a large menu with veryaffordable prices for food (well for these days at least!). My only complaint is that they charged $9 for a local craft beer,but guess they need to make up for good food prices somehow! Read more
