Customer service was great. The counter person was friendly and helpful. Got an assortment of cookies and cream puffs. Some... cookies were better them others. Can't beat the Vacarro chocolate icing. The only issue I had were the eclairs and cream puffswere sliced long ways. It's easier to place filling in pastry but much harder to eat. Read more

I mistakenly posted last night that this establishment overcharged my son 10 dollars on his Visa Vanilla Gift Card. I hadn?t... realized this was due to these cards needing a few hours/a day to display the proper amount charged. Picked up an assortment of iced cookies for a holiday party and wrapped the box in plastic, stored it in a sealed Rubbermaid... container, without checking the cookies. Twenty-four hours later I served them ? rock-hard tooth-breakers that could?ve beenmade and left out weeks ago. They did not get eaten and I threw them (and my $24) away. Read more

I love coming here and I absolutely love the sweetheart cookies!! But i came here yesterday and bought usual cookies and i got a... piece of cannoli cake. The girl behind counter was just a delight and very friendly so no issue there at all but the cannolicake was wet and i mean very wet like it had water poured over it and was 100% inedible but other then that everything isgreat!!
