We came in for our t-mobile Tuesday and they had a huge line in the drive through so we came inside. All the staff were... incredibly kind, nice and informative. Our order was fullfiled quickly and the food and drinks were great. I came in for adoughnut and got an amazing experience. ????Nothing Beats Doughnuts in the Breakroom???? Fresh, soft, and an absolute delight for the sweet tooth, Dunkin' might be... tastiest when enjoyed with coworkers during a brainstorming session. Rude, unprofessional service at this location. We almost didn?t pull in because it appeared closed down. Arrived in the... drive-thru and we the only ppl there. Our small town doesn?t have a DD and we have a child with dietary restrictions, so wepolitely asked for a few minutes to order. Not even :30 seconds later they asked if we were ready. We said no, not yet. Give usa few please. Still no cars in line or inside the establishment. Not even :30 more seconds later, a different crew member getson the intercom and says, ?Can I help you?! Bc we are getting a line now.? There was not a line. One car pulled up as they goton the intercom again. So we left after less than 2 minutes bc the employees were clearly aggravated we didn?t order on theirtime. There was no one in line. No one inside. Before I start let me explain that I have a problem with my vocal cords that make it hard for me to be heard. When I do drive... thru, I usually pass the speaker and go directly to the window, where I use an App to communicate. Brittany was at the windowtoday, and not only was she patient and understanding, but she was respectful of my disability. More people need to be lesslike Karen and more like Brittany.
