They make up their own hrs & NEVER have vanilla crm donuts, but the 3-4 girls I've seen are ALWAYS very sweet
No quality control among any of their stores. Place your order, see what surprise you get. Ordered 3 iced lattes, was... initially given one. Had to remind them of the other 2. None were to order. But thats become the dunkin standard. Read more
The lady who took my order was a sweet heart. She was very new but she was trying I don't fault her. The other girl who was... making the drinks was nasty as all get out. Snarked at my 9 year old when she asked what was in a drink she has never had, andshe was extremely rude to the newer girl for asking for help on the register. Had originally planned to sit inside and get some work done but decided against it when I realized the store was en extension of... the neighborhood it was placed in. Oven was not working so no hot food was available. At least 1 employee had her child in thestore while on shift. I personally don't mind much but it didn't look good. Walking in we wasn't greeted at all. Maybe a minute later the girl through her hand up and said I'll be right with you. A guys... ended up helping us with our order. Some stuff they were out and something we wanted they said they couldn't do. I guessdifferent states do different things. (We are from out of state). My sandwich was good but my sons wrap was ehh. I've been twice and I won't be back. The first time I wanted a large iced coffee and some donuts. Was told they only had small... coffee and were out of almost every donut I asked for. This morning I was greeted with, we are only selling hot coffee anddonuts. So again no iced coffee. I asked for mixed munchkins and got 2 chocolate and the rest plain. PLEASE PASS RIGHT BY THIS LOCATION WITHOUT HESITATION. 2 weekends ago?Customer service was incredibly rude from the female... yelling from inside the pick up window area attempting to be heard inside the car window that she only had one piece of chicken,repeatedly 3x?this sort of communication is unacceptable. Greet the customer AT the window to adjust the online order beingpicked up! As we wanted/ordered 2 chicken breakfast sandwiches. PLUS messed up the COFFEE order, our sizes were reduced &missing one entire coffee. Needless to say, we weren?t provided the items paid for! A gentleman working inside approached &apologized.
