Waited over an hour for delivery. Had to put pizza in microwave to eat it. When I called to see when I would be receiving my... pizza I was put on hold and was told it's on its way with no apology. Food is decent but they messed up food one time then two times said I had a free pizza they got some new system now so something... happened and had to pay for the pizza anyways that had no sauce paid extra for the tusk and cheese with the stuffed crust at theMerritt Island location in Florida and every time for a $25 Pizza as small as it is they don't put much work into it and shouldconsider either making the portion bigger or the prices smaller! It's sad when you cannot get a large reg cheese pizza for under$20 and I'm not talking about stuff crust or regular. These fast food places are getting worse over time with service qualityand prices are absolutely outrageous I know everything is but they take it to the next level definitely not trying to helpnobody. Do not order here! Horrible service. Ordered 2 pizzas at 6:08, received 1 and 2 hours later the other pizza that was made... incorrectly and could not eat it. They don't even deserve one star. Specifically told the manager that there's a dairy allergyand pizza cannot have the cheese on it. But it came delivered with cheese after waiting 2 hours. Now it's just trash. Read more

My order was completely wrong. I received two pizzas that were not even close to what I ordered. I called the store- no... apologies. They remade made the pizzas and we waited another 45 minutes. The same driver delivered the new order. She put thepizzas on the ground at the door and left. Last time I will order from this store. Read more
So the first time I order from there I tipped pretty good but my pizza took awhile to get delivered. It was not really a big... deal. I didn't think much about it. then I got a postcard in the mail offering a free medium Pizza. So I decided to take it intothe store and get my free pizza I have an errand to run so it wasn't a big deal to drop off the postcard and they come back andget my free pizza in 15 minutes. So I think it was for like a one-time topping or maybe it was a cheese pizza I don't remember.So I asked how much it would cost me to just upgraded to a meat lovers oh, I did not expect this to be free. So the girl told meto hold on she would go talk to the manager and see how to proceed. She came back out and she told me there would be no extracharge to upgrade it to a meat lovers. Sure papa John?s, I?ll pay $32 for two pizzas, I?ll wait 1 hour and 40 minutes for them to be delivered and I?ll also cut my own... meatballs. It?s pizza not spaghetti. why do I pay your establishment a delivery fee, and tip the driver online, for my pizza tobe delivered by a door dash employee??? Your service is about as fresh as the peppers that came with my pizza... absolutetrash! I?ve been burned time and time again and I always try to give you the benefit of the doubt. Never again.
