Last night my husband and I went for our weekly sub. We do this for a picnic. It is special to us. We'll the sub maker didn't... put the meat that was supposed to be on it, on it. I ordered a spicy Italian amd my husband ordered the boss. The guy didn'tread the chart. He put one piece of pepperoni, not spicy and one piece of salami, then severely messed the rest up. The boss wasterrible. The service last night was bad and he was so jittery. I have never been so disappointed in a subway. I used to workfor one and loved my job. We made sure everyone was trained. I like this store location, because I can avoid dealing with Walmart. But, I'm getting frustrated a young man that works in the... evening. I am not sure if he has a memory issue or a listening issue. I have to tell him something 2 to 3 times sometimes. Today's situation prompted me to write. My granddaughter has taste and texture issues. She orders the same thing every time. A spicy Italian, no salami, all pepperoni. I informed him of this, and says " got it" then procedes to start put salami onthe sandwich. So I repeat the no salami all pepperoni, and he says yes ma'am. I then said she doesn't want salami and youare putting it on her sandwich. He goes ok. Finally he puts the salami back and does the pepperoni. The toppings are a 2 timeexplanation. I hope it's just a memory issue. He also has a habit of winking at my granddaughter when she is with me, and sheis uncomfortable with that. I don't think he means any harm with it, I just want you to be aware. The sandwiches are alwaysgood, it's just getting him to listen, or understand, or remember that's frustrating. Read more
This particular Subway has staffing issues or either unexperianced staff.Each time I come here the employees either clueless to... what comes on an sandwich.The wait time is always 30 minutes or longer.If a customer has been waiting in line for over 30minutes please do not put an online order before them if the online order isn't ready and you don't know what it is.I feel atthis one Subway its better just to say you got an online order.Two days in a row I'm very disappointed Read more

Over toasted and although the directions were written down (ordered online), they didn't put the requested cheese... Honestly no... cheese at all. Won't trust this subway again. Might try if I went in... That way I can refuse if it doesn't turn out right. Really sad the employees tonight couldn't get the simple things right. Read more
