The customer service is really what sets this place apart. We have SOO many pizza places around here. A lot of them taste pretty... similar too. Troy?s has a good pizza, but they?re also willing to go the extra mile no matter how big or small your order is.Everyone that works there is super nice and chill when I go in. Give their white pizza a try, it?s my fave. Read more

Best white pizza in Cocoa, which says a lot because thats basically as we have is pizza. Usually friendly fast service. :) they... have slices, 16, 18, or 24 in pizza. The 24 in barely fit through my door and fridge. If you get delivery they are fast nice andfollow instructions. Read more

We ordered food from them and not just one thing. Like 50 dollars worth and they messed up. We called and they made it seem like... it was on them, but when the delivery person showed up they said they wanted that wrong item back even though it had been anhour. They never said anything about wanting that back when we were on the phone with the manger, so we ate a couple of thewings. Even though they were supposed to make it right, they tried charging us when they got to my house. So I wouldn't wasteyour time with talking to them if they ever make a mistake here because if they do they will try charging you even though it wastheir fault. Read more

We order from Troy's almost every week and never had any problems before tonight. We ordered a pizza, wings, and garlic knots. I... specifically asked for bone-in wings. We were delivered boneless wings. I called and spoke to the manager and she said bonelesswings were rang in. She said they would re-make them and send it out. It took an hour for the new wings to arrive. We ate a fewof the boneless wings because it took so long for the new wings to get delivered. The driver said if we didn't return the oldwings, we would be charged $13.50 so we didn't keep the wings. It was as if they were calling me a liar, like I was just tryingto get extra food for free. It was their mistake. We order from them all the time. They would rather waste the new wings thancorrect their mistake just to prove a point. Wow. We will probably not be ordering from them again. Troy's Pizzeria- Port St. John, FL- 4 Stars ?Oh, joy,? I thought as I stared at the window on my random name generator, another... Pizza joint. But hey, at least it wasn't a franchise! The name in question was that of Troy's Pizzeria in beautiful Port St.John...oh, who am I kidding, it's OTB and I don't like going OTB, alas duty calls. I truly enjoyed Troy?s Pizzeria andrecommend it over and other pizza joint in PSJ. As I was debating which bridge to use to cross the river, I looked up and I wasthere (it's not that bad of a drive after all). The tidbit of information that got my curiosity up was the fact that Troy'stouted itself as serving ?New York Style? pizza. For those not in the know, NY Style pizza is made with a defining overly largehand-tossed crust that is thin except the edge, this allows for the preferred method of ingestion, the New York fold. Uponentering Troy's Pizzeria I was immediately taken in by how clean the place was. I can get used to this aspect of a post-COVIDworld as who doesn't like a clean eating establishment? While it was nothing out of the ordinary décor wise, I found it to be aquaint little parlor aptly manned by Amanda. I asked Amanda for one slice of white pizza and one order of their stuffed shellswith the proverbial garlic knots and a small side salad. The salad Amanda soon returned with was chock full of fresh vegetablesand crisp, green lettuce. Sadly, the dressing was obviously out of a bucket. The garlic knots were just that, garlic knots. Theywere cooked properly and tasted fine, but certainly nothing extraordinary here. Moving on to the slice of white pizza. What Ireally like here is the crust. I hate overdone crust and this was obviously made to order, cooked properly and was delightfullyamusing on the palate. The toppings were fresh, the sauce was tasty and it folded perfectly! Great job, Troy's!! The stuffedshells, while not bad in any way, didn't make the same impression on me as the slice of pie I just sca Read more

This reminded me so much of a New York Pizza place. Family-owned and everybody pitching in the way used to be. Very friendly... staff excellent pizza reasonable prices! Decorated. Which photos of NASA stuff this is definitely a place I would go back to itwas close to our house rental and recommended by the folks in my local office. Try the Troy special you will not bedisappointed! This is a definite go if you need New York style pizza thin and crispy but does not flop when folded. There wasalso a nice selection of hot sauces. As a bonus a few stores down in the same plaza is scoops old-fashioned ice cream we wentthere and we?re happy there too! Read more
