Ok, this is something of a rant. I walked in to pick up a preordered sub.. They asked me my name, I said William since that is... how my credit card shows, but my Google order thru postmates had me as Bill.. They were like "you said William, that's not thesame thing.. " Omg.. Really!!? I told them what I ordered. They said "must be another store.." wow.. I'm not sure what level ofcommon sense and customer service you need for working at jersey Mike's, but I guess not much.. They were like "we can't helpyou.." Ugh.. Whoever owns this store really needs to talk to their employees about helping people, instead of going straight to"it's not my problem" attitude. I live next door to this store and haven't had this problem before. I'm not going back, too manyother options nearby. Rant over. This occurred on 7/23 at 6pm, in case the owners want to ask the employees present about this.I did get my nearly $15 sandwich and it was good. No problem with the product. Read more

Worst Jersey Mike?s I?ve ever been to. From the dirty tables to the stand-off-ish staff members and the low quality food which... is far below the standards of other locations I?ve visited and enjoyed. Tried to use coupon and the cashier refused to tryapplying it, saying it wasn?t a number so she couldn?t do it. Then, the rosemary bread was burnt, there were two stems of pepperin one of the Philly?s and the steak was very over cooked. The majority of our subs were inedible. I will consider visitingMike?s again back in my region with the trusted management and staff, but certainly won?t return to this one. Needs a seriousoverhaul. Thanks for your time. Read more

Placed a large catering order and had to change the date multiple times. The staff was always accommodating and never made me... feel like I was inconveniencing them or ruining their day. Garrison was helpful every time i called (and it was a lot) and allother staff was polite as well. Great staff at this location! Read more

Had a hankering for a 'Jersey Mike's' Big Kahuna sub today and was not disappointed. The Big Kahuna is my favorite sub from... this chain of sub shops, although it is not the only tasty sub on the menu. I have them customize it by adding lettuce, tomato,mayo, & banana peppers to the stock version of this delicious sub. The sub roll was fresh, veggies crisp and flavorful, andgrilled components still steaming when the sub was delivered to our table. As you can see in the pics, this is not your averagesub, it is at least a step above. While I've had a couple of these over the past few months at other east coast locations thatdidn't quite measure up, this Cocoa Beach, FL, shop had their act together. The restaurant is located in a small strip mallwith plenty of parking available. The interior was clean, including the restroom, and staff friendly. Wouldn't hesitate toreturn to this location again.
