From the moment we walked in it was difficulties and while waiting for our food three other people from the drive thru came in... with wrong orders. When we finally got our food ofc the order was wrong so i stood by the counter for 10 minutes waiting forsomeone to come up so I could tell them what was wrong with my order(their was only one other customer in the place)then gottold they don?t have beef only chicken and steak. 14 Sep @ 17:2o I came in for dinner at shift change. It took a little longer than it usually does, but today I had one of the... best burritos supremes that I've had in about 5 years. I also had a couple of potato soft tacos with some refried beans on top.They too were exceedingly delicious, way more than I'm accustomed to getting at Taco Bell. To The staff on duty: THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE, I Know that this is a tough time of day for you and it looked like you're probably running a little understaffed.But you did everything very well today, I enjoyed what you served me more than I have in several years from Taco Bell and Ithank you for putting together the extra effort so thank you for your hard work and more importantly, thank you for being here! Update: It's no wonder this location is looking for 6 new employees including the restaurant GM and assistant GM. They are... clearly in the wrong business. Also, Tace Bell should be doing more to intervene in the decline of this location. The amount ofreviews stating their orders were wrong or were accosted by staff indicates to me that the BASIC function of food service is notbeing met here. What about food handling practices? What about the cleanliness of the equipment? I promise you, they are notdoing their basic jobs. Please please please don't eat here and if you do please leave an honest review or better yet callcorporate. ZERO STARS!!! PLEASE DON'T EAT HERE. The drive through employee kept saying "order when you're ready" over and overand over just moments after we pulled up and then interupted us while we were ordering. He then yelled through the ear piecethat he had already made our tacos with beef after we asked a minimum of 5 times for chicken. Even the woman working with himyelled "he wants chicken!" i went through the drive through and they only gave me 4 out of the 6 burritos i ordered and then argued with me that i had... everything in the bag when i didnt. then i went back around and they told me to park and they would bring it out to me. 20minutes later, they still havent brought it to me so i went into the drive through for a third time, and i was given 4 incorrectburritos and sauce i didnt ask for, when i only needed 2 burritos made correctly the way i ordered them. It was so slow there, you think they could get a order correct. But instead they burnt my chicken quesadilla and never gave me... the second one.. The only thing they did correct was the count of tacos i got, but they barely had and meat, cheese & lettuce inthem.. I had to wait in the drive through line for more than 25 mins, I ordered unsweet tea I got sweet tea. I do not eat beef I had... replaced it with beans but got the crunchy taco with beef!! The cinnamon twists don't have sugar or Cinnamon. I am completelydisappointed with my experience and would never visit this taco bell again. Read more
