My expectations were not high, given this is a gas station location. However, things were even worse than expected. I did a... mobile order. I went in and waited near the pick up area for five minutes. Someone then comes over and asks what I am waitingfor and I tell them a mobile order. It turns out they hadn?t even noticed the ticket come through. I?m then informed they areout of everything bagels. For some reason, it then takes about ten minutes for them to make a single breakfast sandwich. Once Ifinally get the sandwich, I had to waive down someone since I also ordered two donuts, which I didn?t receive. I get a dirtylook and nothing is said but I get the donuts. After leaving, I realize the bagel for the sandwich is hard as a rock andcompletely inedible, and on top of that it?s the wrong sandwich. I ordered sausage but received bacon. Suffice to say, this wasa terrible experience and I will never go there again. Read more

So I have never left a review in my life but I'm doing this in the hopes that the nessasary changes will be made to address ... the issues. To start off its been numerous mornings that I get there and the employee is over an hour late so if you orderonline and have to be on time to your job you're basically out of luck.So just this week I had 2 incidences the first 1 I wentto order and the employee ask me if I could come back in a half hour then on the following Friday I went to order 4 dozen donutsand the lady proceeded to laugh and asked if I was serious which took me by surprise because without being said she wasbasically saying I'm taking all her donuts. Please if you are the owner here help get this place back on track I really love this location but just needs a little help with management thank you sincerely a loyal long time customer. Read more
Horrible service!!! You can only order by downloading the app. I chose curbside delivery, I pulled up the order was not ready ,... they have no phone number, I watched about 5 people walk in order and walk out with their order, meanwhile I'm patientlywaiting. I even flashed my headlights for 5min. I finally had to get out of the car to retrieve my order which defeats thepurpose of " curbside delivery" !! I even called the gas station where they are in to relay the message OMG!! I finally get mysandwiches which are cold by now and lukewarm coffee. What a way to start a day will not use them EVER!! Let?s be honest DD is not known for their stellar customer service and I?ve rarely been treated kindly at other DD locations... however on every occasion I come to this one they are always kind and eager to help. I accidentally forgot to grab my food withmy ?on the go? order and returned back to the store 10 mins later and the manager re made it fresh for me (even though it was myerror) and the young woman offered to refill my coffee while I wait. They could of just let me grab the bag of stale foodsitting there for 10 mins but they didn?t. This is the customer service that all DD locations should have! Read more
