I ordered a hot CHOCOLATE and they gave me a cup of hot spoiled milk with cream on top. I was so upset and disappointed that I... won't ever go back there. It was such a simple order. I don't think they "messed it up". It was done in purpose as they didn'teven put the chocolate to at least say the milk has gone bad and it was just a mistake. Read more

This is one of the filthiest outdoor Starbucks I have visited. Every single chair and tabletop had birdSh&t on it. Looks like... outdoor furniture hasn?t been cleaned off in a week. Recommend the Starbucks in Cocowalk if you want clean seating. The standardof cleanliness should be the same everywhere - regardless of store location. I ask for a Mango Dragonfruit tea and they bring me a cup which looks like it has just water and ice. They tell me they dont... have lemonade or fruit, but ?it tastes the same?. So basically I was just going to pay $5 for syrup?unbelievable!!! Read more

I just simply love Starbucks period. Lol I really do, my favorites ones black mocha and frappuccino double chip those are... amazing but i know from other people that others are super cool too, well for those who doesn't know Starbucks is a coffee placebut also you can get some snacks most of the food is healthy, I love the beagles here too, this Starbucks is near the bay so youcan see water and boats and there is a pretty cool park if you love to walk this is your place. I like this Starbucks. It?s near the water. Service is pretty good. Lots of sitting both inside and outside at the patio.
