Made a stop for cocktails before dinner. The space is dimly lit and there’s a cozy fireplace towards the back. They’re in... between menus so the cocktail menu was quite small, but our waitress kindly told us about several of their popular drinks notlisted. I had the Black Manhattan (bourbon and amaro with a cherry) and my husband had the Gimi Hendrix (gin, simple, freshcitrus). Both were very good. We’d come back. Read more

We just love this place. Their patio is lovely and has really great ambiance. They have the best mixed drinks and their tapas... are wonderful! Sarina and Gabriel are the people working here that usually are helping us out here and they are both excellent, very helpful with suggestions and anything we ever need! Highly recommend this restaurant. Read more

Gabriel Cruz Head of Food & Beverages greeted us at the door. We were early as usual for our reservation and expected to wait.... He seated us immediately in a nice table for two. Jenna, our server was there almost simultaneously with water and menus. Therest of the evening went just as perfectly! The menu is fun, it’s reverse order which is actually logical when you think aboutit. There were 2 pages of cocktails and other libations followed by “additions to the menu”. These added scrumptious“Tapas” to what appears a limited menu. Very cool ideas! We went for three tapas and “Monkey gin martini’s! In shortamazing! The ribs and wings were on a bed of French fries and the shrimp skewers on a bed of crispy cauliflower; for greens wehad the Cesar salad. Portions were far from what our tapas experience would have suggested, we couldn’t finish them. We leftroom for Tiramisu which we split and couldn’t finish. Simply wonderful! Jenna was wonderful and Gabriel stopped by a coupleof times to be sure we were happy. We were definitely delighted and we will be back! Thank you Gabriel and Jenna and theChef’s! Well done! Once in a while you stumble upon a restaurant that doesn’t even realize how good it is. A restaurant that is hitting way out... of its league. In CDA that’s 315. Unbelievable food and a sick backyard vibe. Great for after lake beers and a great dinner.Eryn was a superstar server as well. Gunna come here everytime I’m in town Read more

Unexpected highlight of our trip to Coeur d’Alene! A beautiful neighborhood walk to our AirBnb and we were lured by the live... music of Sam Leyde on the patio. We stopped for a shady afternoon happy hour, Gabe the host was excellent and the service wasthe best. Literally the best cauliflower I've ever had as well as kimchi fries and Korean wings and ribs. So relaxing andpeaceful. We will make stopping at 315 Cuisine a must stop each time we visit. Love from Montana! Read more

There was a large group of people at the restaurant and about 8 smaller empty tables. The lady suggested we sat at the bar &... order from there. I didn't get that?!? But the bartender was awesome and so is the waitress. I was there for the first time withmy colleague. I ordered the salmon ($25.00) and a chocolate torte (See picture). Both are flavorful. My colleague ordered thesame dish, with a tiramisu & an alcoholic drink. Read more
