My wife andI have been going here for years. Always enjoyed good food and great service. We went last week for lunch. The menu... has changed and not for the better. I ordered a prime rib sandwich and you needed a microscope to find the prime rib, two smallslivers. My wife ordered a chicken roll up, small pieces of chicken lacking flavor. Server was the bar tender doing double dutyrunning a verbal marathon describing the items on the menu. Not happy, never going there again. Read more
The food was good, when we finally got it. Our simple order was not correct. We ordered two of the same thing, their special... and got one. The drink was awesome. We wanted some dip for our fries and a different dip for the wings. Got it after we weredone with our food. (yes we asked again). Asked for water, never got it. Asked twice. I love the staff but the manager is ignominious. She was yelling at wait staff in the restaurant while I was eating. Dont do... that in front of your customers. She also stood behind me in the bathroom. While turning the left sink handle the rusted, sharpedge cut me!! The first TWO times I told the manager she IGNORED ME! So as she washed her hands, I pointed it out to her a thirdtime that it was sharp and cut me! She just said uh-oh and walked away from me! I am disgusted and appalled. Read more
Haven't been here in a while. Every other place was closed, they were open, which tells me they care about the customer. Great... hours. The young woman that served us was very good, upbeat and very helpful. The food was good too. For 11pm on a Sunday, itwas a 5 star experience. Read more
We went there for dinner ???? While we were waiting for a table we sat at the bar and I told the bartender I wanted something... different to drink ???? He offered up a margarita made with passion fruit and rimmed with purple sugar. Outstanding!!! Hadbourbon steak, garlic mashed potatoes and French onion soup. We had chicken Ceasar salads. Normal fair. What stood out was our server, Dana H.. We've owned a restaurant since 1986 so are... pretty versed in the restaurant service industry. This young lady hit all the points for a well trained server. Good trainingonly goes so far though, attitude and work environment play as much of a part for a good employee. We came in with our 4 kids ranging from 2 years to 10 years old. They offered to take our order right off the bat knowing kids... are impatient and we arrived at 7pm. It was clean and all the staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was great! Theygot the medium rare steaks we ordered perfect! They were out of crayons but offered colorful pens instead.
