Arrived at 1:30 for lunch wasn’t happy to find out that they were serving brunch until 2 o’clock on a Saturday. Although we... looked at the menu there was a good variety of soup sandwiches salads and other things to order besides breakfast. My colleagueordered the French toast and I got the salmon. The salmon was cooked to perfection. The food came out quickly and hot his baconwas amazing. They have an extensive bar variety of Bourbons, whiskeys, gins and other alcohols. They are a distillery and makesome of their own. You can’t buy a bottle at the restaurant you have to go to a local liquor store to get some. Outstanding in every way! We had 2 days in CdA and this was the perfect culmination of the trip. Great service, cool vibe,... lots of local libations including in house distilled vodka. So many food choices we wanted to try, but settled on the Pacificcod and local trout. Prep, presentation and flavor all excellent. Look at that sear/ grill marks! I was debating between the cod or salmon, Shannon our server recommended the salmon. I’m glad... I went with that option. Usually I have left overs, but I was able to eat everything but the beget (I prefer my begets with somecrunch). Delicious food and drinks. The steak was cooked to perfection. Atmosphere was loud and busy (Saturday night). Price is higher... than to be expected from a pub.
