Was given a sandwich with the wrong sauce and was immediately given another one at no cost, so in my opinion no harm done. Our... waiter was funny and friendly and the food was as good as it always is. The fried pickles are probably my favorite appetizer inthe world. If you want to go out to watch a game (even a less popular one) it will definitely be playing at a BWW. Read more

So disappointing!!!!! I "loved" this place.... It's gone down hill for some time. This gal is 100% Degrading and rude. How is it... my fault you forgot my sauces, vegetables, and chicken seasoning. I was treated as I was in the wrong. Never asked for a refund. But was quickly told I couldn't have one....I couldn't even get a word in with her. Absolutely Rude! Un Real! I went over therejust to get her info. Reginal Manager is being contacted in the AM!. I'm so tired of folks treating people like pond scum! Imiss the old days for a 100% I refused new food.. Who Knows what was done to it... and FYI. It was a delivery. Read more

There was a game on. I had a bird dog- which is a new item, ckicken tender on a brioche hot dog bread- I can’t remember which... one I chose but I also had fries which were equally as appetizing! There are three different sauce- flavor combinations tochoose from. I should have ordered the duo, which comes with two so I’ll give you four and a half ???? peace! Read more

Came in a little later on a Friday night. Manager and staff were out back smoking with the back door open. This particular... location you have to drive around to get to the front. Tables were not bussed floor had trash all over it and the bathrooms weredisgusting. Waited over 15 minutes to be helped. However, food was tasty surprisingly. Read more

Used to be a decent place…horrible service now and they laugh at you for wanting to sit 5 people. Also had to beg to even put... my name on the list after he said it was going to at least be an hour wait and walked off to seat someone else that wasn’t onthe list and came in after us. He came back and asked if I still wanted on the list because I was still standing at his counterhe left me at rudely. I barely only saw 3 people working and several empty dirty tables but no one bussing them or barely doinganything. Mostly you didn’t even see servers anywhere. Short staffed is fine but having to wait at the front for more than 15minutes and then get laughed at for wanting to put your name on the list is unacceptable! Both men were rude and I asked othersstanding in front of us and they said they hadn’t even seen anyone accept for one gal that dipped and dipped out before theycould speak to her. We left because of the rudeness before we got seated! Highly doubt we will ever go back even though it usedto be one of our favorite places a couple years back. No thank you!! Read more

was very disappointed with the manager in Coeur d'Alene who was extremely rude and just a jerk to our party of 12 that came in... Monday for what was supposed to be the draft package. When we showed up, they weren't ready for us, then he complained becausewe had one more than we had reserved for. we asked what we could do to be out of the way and he said they didn't have the stafffor us. We didn't receive any of the draft package things that were advertised either. The staff were working their butts offtrying to accommodate everyone in the restaurant while he was busy supervising. when he did finally jump in to help and broughtmore drinks to our table, he said no when asked if he would remove our old glasses so we had more room. Just no. I personallyhanded our waitress a generous tip because she earned it. I would have walked out if I was working there, and I would never dothat at a job. Very disappointed. Read more

Now I had a craving for some cheese curds and I'm nearly always in the mood for wings. I don't go here often, and when I do I... remember why not. It's not horrible, but for me my buck needs to stretch, and when I do splurge, I'd like it to feel worthit. First off, I apparently arrived at rush hour as there was a 20 min wait. I sat at the first available bar seat when itopened up. During my stay I also noted how often new arrivals had to wait for the host to return from the back to be greeted. Ittook a while for the bartender to acknowledge my arrival and order my 1st beer. They have a decent enough selection but moretowards the pale and IPAs like most places. I'm happy if I can get a Mack & Jack amber. Do note in the pix, for the price hike,it's hardly worth getting the tall (I poured the pint in the tall glass for comparison out of curiosity). The food quality andtaste lives up to expectations although fanning it out single layer on a cookie sheet cools it rather quickly and you end upwith more than rubbery curds and cold chicken. If you are not sure on your sauce selection, ask for a sample so you aren'tdissappointed or overly brave in your heat level choice. Note that it IS a sports bar so it's loud and a large monitor is atevery turn. There are obviously regulars that frequent and the service definitely caters to those first. Oddly enough I feelcompelled to mention the restroom. I LOVE how tightly spaced the door is and how low the purse hook is mounted. Gave me a senseof security and privacy as well as adequate space to maneuver even though the door swings inward. The odd thing was thecontoured mat around the toilet. My only thought was how gross and when/how do they clean them. I LOVE their food when I cravesalty/greasy but for the overall experience, it just isn't worth the price on a regular basis. Read more

One of the best locations of BWW. The server/manager was super friendly and attentive, and made sure we got everything we wanted... (and fixed a mistake with food she made immediately). The drinks are pretty cheap ($3 for a tall glass of kolsch!). The star isdefinitely the good. I’m a vegetarian, and the cauliflower wings were cooked perfectly - better than any other location I’vehad them at. Everything else was pretty standard. Definitely would recommend this location.
