It's hard to give them a lower rated review bc the staff is really nice usually. With that said, I have now had items missing... on 3 out of 4 occurrences at this specific location. It is usually resolved quite quickly, however it is the time that is lostthat is so frustrating. I know they are short staffed as most businesses are now a days, but they continue to make very simplemistakes as in leaving out large items and then I have to spend more time going in and/or going back through the drive thru toget it rectified when if it were done correctly the 1st time this wouldn't be an issue. Duh! I'm not oblivious to the cliche'experience at fast food joints often leaving out items for drive thru customers either. But it is frustrating that this is socommon when the quintessential end requirement for their job should be to make sure ALL of the items are in the bag beforehanding it off. Maybe I'm ranting, maybe it's unjustified, maybe I'm being too "Ken-ish", or maybe I just want my freakingburger in the bag since I paid for it. Oh well, there's always another opportunity next time for 5 stars. P.S. have someoneanswer the phone sometimes. Read more
The restaurant is clean and the food is fine, even good. The service is brutal and the BK app is absolutely horrific. I get... cheated every time I use it from missing items to mysterious fees or unmatched offer pricing. I do like the Icee machine. Read more
Drive thru is slow(every BK I've been to is slow though) but the staff are wonderful and I have never had a wrong order from... them. Read more
Waited for 7 minutes at the order area, took the inside lane. Get passed up by not one but 2 cars in the outside lane that were... not even there when I pulled in. Literally just got ignored at the drive thru watching people just pass by get there orders andleave. Sad way to run a business! Now I remember why I rarely ever go to burger king Read more
Speed of service was good considering the restaurant was in a rush and what looked like low staffing. The food was enjoyable... with the exception of the Chicken Fries. I've gotten the a Chicken Fries a few times over the past year, and every time theytaste cold and stale. Read more
Our order was completely wrong and missing food (kids meal was missing from the order). I asked for a whopper with no raw onion... due to an severe allergy. All whoppers had onion on them. Not to mention my other modifications such as extra lettuce andtomato. Now I am without food for myself, wasted gas and forced to go all the way back. I am glad I didn't bite down into it,could of ended up in the hospital. Just glad they made it right. Read more

It was about 2pm and there was only one car waiting in the drive through at the pickup window. So we pulled in waited a few min... to put our order in and then pulled up behind him . Waited another 10 min and no movement so we left. I don't know how long hewas there before us but he's prob still there frozen in the car. Read more
