Waited a very long time for a 3 sandwiches. This one was supposed to be a classic Italian. I called and asked for the... supervisor. I said I got the wrong sandwich?s and we waited a half an hour. She in formed me it was only 12 min and that thesausage sandwich was what was on my order. I ordered for myself and said again that is not what I ordered they made a mistake?..Then there was silence. I ended the conversation by Telling this person that I wouldn?t be back. I tried this regurgitationsausage garbage on a soggy bun. It was gross ????. Don?t waste your money.! Decently good. The cheese steak was ok. Did not think it was the best ever. The bread is not made from scratch in house and the... meat lacked flavor. The portions were large. The pastrami fries with Russian dressing and slaw was awesome. Got them a fourstar instead of a 3. No one offered the VIP. Rewards club... and friendly was not my experience... Firstly, I thought the meat was very tough. Next, the Philly was supposed to have peppers, onions, and mushroom, none of which I... saw or tasted. The cheese was sufficient. The price point is WAY too high for every size of sandwich. The bread was nothingspecial, but it did taste good. Went here for the first time. Got the medium Turkey and the meat was super dry and bland. It?s basically served open face and... difficult to eat as well. Went in excited to see a new place but honestly disappointed afterwards. Guess it?s back to the oldJimmy?s for a sandwich. Read more

First time that I've ordered from this place and I want to mention two things in regards to this picture: 1. This is the size... of their 5" sandwich. Which, as it turns out, is just about as big as my pair of regular sized sunglasses. This sandwich is$9.00 for 5". It's actually $8.99, but let's just say $9. 2. I've eaten both this sandwich and a cheesesteak. Both 5", both$9.00 sandwiches, and both of them are "okay." Nothing to write home about. Nothing to really lick your lips after tasting it.Oh, and certainly N O T worth $9.00 for a 5" sandwich that is 80% bread. Oh, and by the way, their 18" sub/sandwich is$25.49. New business, just opened recently. Went there the day before their grand opening and they were giving away food; that was a... great gesture and a smart business tactic. Had I paid for the sandwiches, I would have been disappointed. Rather pricey forgood sandwiches, but rather average taste. The staff and service were friendly and prompt.
