Used to love Chilis and their food went down hill, miss the place. Also I was informed that they do not accept anyone wearing a... vest....Motorcycles associations, Combat veterans motorcycle association to be precise, we are the reason why you have abusiness and we take offense to that. I am hoping that this changed but feel that this is democrat/deep state owned till provenotherwise. Until confirmation is had we, the combat veterans will not frequent this establishment. Read more
Amazing food, great people. The classic steak was so delicious, cooked exactly to my request. All the staff was very polite, and... friendly. The whole experience was fabulous. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Read more
This is the worst Chili?s I have been to. The staff are honestly great - always had decent enough service there. Hence the two... stars. Otherwise would be one. However - the food is absolutely terrible. We?ve only eaten here twice, so maybe a fluke bothtimes, but the food was so bad. It tasted old and not fresh. Portions felt small. Some stuff was undercooked, some stuff wasover cooked. Stuff that was supposed to be cold was warm. And stuff that was supposed to be warm was cold. 2 stars - And the only reason why they get more than 1 star is because we had a wonderful waitress. The food was okay but... nothing worth the prices we paid. The place needs some serious cleaning. All you have to do is look anywhere BUT the tables andyou'll see dirt or food/drink splatter. The floors needed serious sweeping and mopping, the walls and baseboards need scrubbed.The bathroom... well let's just say I've been in nicer truck stop bathrooms. Now I understand that restaurants get a bit messythrough out the course of a day but this you could tell hadn't been done in quite a long time... Read more
We will start with some positives Staff was friendly and we were greeted promptly upon arrival. Our server was pretty darn good... at communicating times and providing our drink refills and checking on us. Overall building was so so and what you wouldexpect. Now for some insights - our server let us know both the kitchen and servers were currently understaffed and thingscould take some time. - building was dimly lit and the first table we were sat at didn't feel as if it hadn't been wipedproperly - we were promised chips and salsa for the extended wait times which we received but took about 20 minutes after beingtold they would be right out. So yeah I would say they are hurting from being short staffed at the time however, the staff thatwe had interactions with were very professional and seemed to be doing their best with the situation. Worst dining experience ever. Filthy dirty and horrible service. My wife was served her food and had almost finished by the... time they brought mine. But it was the wrong order. No apologies. Waited another 20 minutes and still hadn't brought myfood. The waiter became frustrated and went back into the kitchen to help make it himself. There was a bunch of yellingbetween kitchen and waitstaff. The waiter said he would see what the manager was willing to do to make it right. The managernever once stopped by our table. Had great hopes for my family's dinner here. Even though there was only two other tables with customers and one guy in the bar,... our service was far from steller.seller. wait for refills our order took way longer than it should have bit hey on the brightside our waitress and the cooks seem to be having a great time talking to each other because every time I looked for ourwaitress there she was. We had a little mistake, but they helped make it right. And did they make it right. They re did my husbands whole meal and not... only did they fix a small portion of my meal but they made an entire new meal. We appreciate you guys so much. Can?t wait to eatthere again. Read more
