All I can say is WOW! Crafted Tap House + Kitchen is easily one of the very best restaurants in all of Northern Idaho! The menu... items are so creative, flavorful, and just plain GOOD! When we visited Coeur d?Alene recently, we got many different thingsfrom their menu. From huckleberry wings to loaded nachos, this place had it all. Crafted Tap House has exceptional drinks thatare extremely unique and found pretty much nowhere else, and everything came out in awesome portion sizes. Don?t order too muchor you?ll not be able to finish it all! I also loved how the waiter was willing to explain how all the food items workedcomplete with his own personal recommendations - it really helped us figure out what we should order from a menu whereeverything looked amazing. We almost skipped this place because of the 4.3 Google rating, but we had a fantastic experience and enjoyed the place... completely. A very fun, welcoming outdoor setting right in the heart of downtown Coeur d'Alene. We had a table outside under acovered area. The design and ambience are fun and slightly industrial. The paper menus are on school type graph paper on aclipboard and the HUGE beer selection is on an electronic pad. After a quick perusal, we asked Shawn for recommendations basedon our tastes and he quickly made suggestions we both loved (one very hazy and one IPA). Cocktails available, too. Afternoticing the size of the entrees, we decided to share the Mama T's Chicken Sandwich with Shoestring Fries and the Coat of ManyColors Salad with fresh berries. I come here every time I?m in town as they have a great patio & pretty good food. Tonight I had the wedge salad and it was... delicious. My nephew had the chicken & waffles & it was huge! Definitely enough for two. The service is friendly and attentivebut the menus are hard to read. The kids also really missed the giant jenga! Hopefully they bring it back. Read more

Food is good but overall service kills the experience. The waiter wasn?t able to recommend any beers according to our taste... (please note they have 63 draft beers available), they served us wrong dishes, we sent them back, one of the two came back withcold French fries and the other one arrived 15 minutes later. We ended up eating our burgers at different times. Mistakes canhappen but it is important to apologise as well as manage these stressful situations properly. Clearly they don?t NEED my 5 star review, but I?m going to post one anyways. We had a little issue during our last visit which... happened to be my birthday, so like any normal human with a bone to pick, I called the next day looking for a manager. InsertTricia the GM. First off, she?s a GEM and an absolute riot. Literally felt like I was talking to my life long BFF/soul sister.She heard me out, we laughed (a lot), we cried (not really, but you know what I?m saying), by the end of the call, I knew I wasin good hands the next time we came back. Tricia and her crew blew past our expectations of customer service redemption. Craftedis very blessed to have her (and Becca!) as their fearless leaders! They more than turned it around, it was the most Pleasantdining experience my husband and I have probably ever had. Becca even made a cute little happy birthday sign that went on top ofour menus????. Shout out to Yamil our server too, you were the pure essence of a server, knowledgeable, steady and laid back.The food was fabulous obviously, but my goodness the service was just unmatched. it started with the hostess who went above and beyond to make accommodations for our baby stroller behind her counter! This place is absolutely amazing ???? All of the food was super delicious and very very flavorful. The staff is so sweet and... very personable! It?s the perfect destination for any event or just a nice lunch/dinner out. Dress up or be casual ????. In ourcase my husband?s birthday ???? Dave is the best waiter! Always great food. Service is good, it can sometimes be slow to get your food. We ate in one of their igloos outside (separate... reservation and cost) and the service was great! You can?t go wrong with the chicken and waffles. The poke is amazing as well. Read more
