It was good, basic bbq, nothing special but not bad either. 4 star instead of 3 because staff were great.

I haven't been to a Dickey's since many of them closed down. This location was nostalgic bringing back memories of why I used to... love eating here. The prices are a bit in the higher side, but good BBQ always costs more. The food here was well worth it. Imiss a few of the former sides such as the fries, but I understand they have to make choices based on what sells. Read more

This defiantly deserves five stars. My dad and I went here and ordered a meat plate to share and for free he added extra so we... both had a good amount of food for each of us. They were very patient with me as it was my first time using a card. The food wasdelicious especially the Mac and cheese. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the ribs wherea little bland but still very tender. There was a great selection of different sauces and the facility was very clean. Overall agreat place to go and enjoy some great food and a great experience. Read more

Very disappointed. Ordered a pig out plate. Over a half hour to get my pre-cooked food with only three cars in line. They then... proceeded to overcharged me for my plate by three dollars. When I got home and I discovered they forgot my bbq sauce and didnot to put the ribs in. I called to let them know of the mistakes and was told to call back in the morning and talk to Jessica. I feel sorry for whoever invested in this place. This is a sure fire recipe for another closed restaurant. Read more

The food was alright. The brisket was cold, maybe mildly warm at best. The green beans were very overcooked but surprisingly... still well flavored and edible. The Jalapeno sausage was by far, the best part and by itself brought this review from a 2-starto a 3-star. The service, was about as cold and mediocre as the food. Ordered the Thursday special online to pick up. It was supposed to be a chicken plate with a side of green beans. I ordered... extra items from the listed options and paid more for them. I picked up the order, got back to work, and it was a chickensandwich, which is not what I ordered. I ordered a smoked chicken plate. My extra items were not in there either, and theonline system adds like a 20% tip by default. Admittedly, the chicken sandwich was top notch, I mean really delicious, but Idon't continue to give business to restaurants that short change you on the food you order, so I won't be going back. I wasjust going to go to their website to leave feedback, but the "store address" drop down is not populated and won't let you typein the address, so you fill out the whole thing for 5 minutes and it says you can't submit your feedback due to a missingrequired field. 2 stars because the sandwich was tasty, but should be a one star. Worst bbq i have had in forever. They open at 11 and im here at 1pm and the brisket and burnt ends are dry as a bone so much so... you cant even eat them. This early in the day the meat should be fresh. Read more

Great food awesome staff and service. Go in sit down and eat. This is not designed as fast food. Prices reflect a premium... quality product. I love this place and bad reviews for me are given after you give 2 opportunities with horrible results not 1bad experience. Any mistakes or missing sauces are at your fingertips. Read more
