Who is in the mood for some barbecue. We have been on a long trip home from Idaho and we're looking for some food we are on our... last 3 hours and we found this little hidden gem. Oh my goodness if you try anything try their mac and cheese bowl with thebarbecue meat in it throw some sour cream on that you will not go wrong and I am telling you you have to try to believe it. This food truck... is currently located off Government way between Appleway and Neider. My daughter and I had been wanting to try their BBQ forsome time now, boy am I glad we did! We both got them Beef Briscuit Special- a huge twice baked potato stuffed with cheddarcheese, tender slow roasted briscuit, green onions and just incredible yummy-ness!! The lunch special portion is more thanenough for two people to share, needless to say, we had leftovers galore after attempting to stuff ourselves with this amazingtreat for the first taste buds! The dishes served here are all from scratch, their meats are slow roasted in their on sitesmoker, the little extra wait time during the lunch hour was very well worth it! We will definitely be back! Went here after seeing it reccomended on a few different sites. The meat was delicious. The chicken was tender and juicy. The... tri-tip nachos were a yummy treat. Tried the pepper jack mac and cheese and the potato salad. Mac and cheese was good but coulduse a stir before you eat it. The potato salad was good, tastes fine. The real gem is their meat and for that it's worth thetrip. Read more
