We went there last night around 8:30PM and must say won't be back. The Building and restrooms where very clean, so that was... good. The Food a Joke. Burgers where barely Warm, Fries where cold and we didn't notice it, since we took take out. SodaFountain was down to 4-5 choices, daughter ask for Minute Maid. So ask one of the Boys working the counter and they ask whatFlavor, Regular was fine. Came back with Cherry. So lots of Improvement needed, next time just head to to a sit down Place. $13for a cold Meal, no thanks. Read more
Stopped by last night Thursday September 17th with my wife. No one at the counter and a few employees back by the grill. One... employee came to the front a couple minutes later to take our order. My wife said she needed a minute so the employee said hewould be back in a few and rejoined the others by the grill. Union entering a couple of employees saw us come I but we werenever acknowledged with we will be there in a minute, or we will be right there, it was like we were invisible. I looked aroundand there wasn?t a soul inside, now I understand why. In all honesty there were several cars in the drive thru so maybe that isthe bulk of their business, I don?t know for sure. Anyway we decided to leave and stopped at a different fast food restaurantfor a quick meal. I doubt I will go back to a Jack In the Box any time soon if ever. There are to many options to be ignored. This location is the best in town in my oppinion. Anyone that has a bad experience here needs to understand that they are only... human and communication is a two way street. Also ordering half the store without knowing what you want ahead of time and beingpetty expecting your food delivered on a silver platter with a kiss while arguing with staff is why the others are getting tiredof waiting. Stop for breakfast. Food and coffee was cold. Told the manager came and gave fresh hot coffee. Bathroom and lobby was dirty.... Condiments weren?t stock and no creamer for the coffee. Read more
Employees are rude bathroom has standing water on the floor. They only had 5 customers in the restaurant at the time, it took... two people to put the wet floor sign in the bathroom and they started making food right after and didn't wash there hands firstas we were leaving at 630 pm they told two other people that they had to use the drive through because they are short staffedand the dinning room is now closed the food was also cold and dry.this is the second time I have ben there and is my last time Read more
I ordered the food online for pickup and drove the 10 minutes to get there and they were a little behind the power curve getting... me the food; they were however, very pleasant and attentive. The online app didn't give any options, at least none I saw, forordering sauces and I ordered 4 total combo meals with chicken strips or nuggets. The employee was like hey, just give him asmany sauces as he wants, he's ordered a lot of food and has been waiting for a little bit. The food, great!!! Read more

I absolutely love the food. However, they rarely acknowledge the front counter unless the customers say something. They had one... employee working in high heels and another was vaping while he was cooking. None of them look presentable and they all just kindof mosey around like they have no idea what's going on.
