whoever was working window and headset last night around 9 pm (8.4.22) was super awesome and deserves a raise! it?s so nice to... see people with a genuinely positive and friendly attitude and he killed it! fast food can be tough especially working latenights so props to you man for keeping that attitude, keep it up and you will reap what you sow. The staff is friendly, but you need to check your order before you leave the drive-thru. My granddaughter wanted a cheeseburger... Happy Meal, ketchup only on the burger, and I repeated it twice upon ordering. When we got home, the burger had onions andpickles on it, plus they?d spilled a whole lot of pepper (like two tablespoons full) into the Happy Meal box, getting it allover the fries. We had to throw away the burger and the fries because she wouldn?t eat them, obviously. At the rate of paythey?re getting these days, they could be more careful. Read more
I'm giving this McDonald's 5 stars all because of Kaitlin that works here. She is just the sweetest & she knows my pregnancy... craving & what I get every time. McChicken add pickles. The other day the guy working the ordering screen didn't add pickles...Kaitlin caught it & asked me if I wanted my pickles on there, she went & personally put the pickles on for me! She's got greatcustomer service skills, is on point & makes sure you get everything you ordered. The Assistant Manager didn't give me a strawfor my drink & didn't give me my sauce for the chicken nuggets. This would not of happened if Kaitlin handed me my order. This is the worst fast food I have ever encountered in my life! The chicken was so burnt that it was black and this was the... lettuce tomato and absolutely no condiments on the sandwich at all. Service was great employees were wonderful and smiled thecook is terrible and should be fired Read more
Between experiencing problems every time we go to this location ranging from the employees not giving items I paid for and or... raw food that is undercooked and has yet to get any special orders right. I use to work for McDonald?s and know how easy of ajob it is. It?s not hard to make a burger or a sandwich. Let alone cook meat to a right temperature. Read more
Young teen working has a terrible attitude that I hope changes if she ever wants to make it in the real world. Was handed one... bag of food and missing one sandwhich. We were still waiting on a cappuccino so planned to tell her when she came back. Saw shewas making it iced even though a cappuccino is always hot. My husband tried to tell her through the window so she wasn?t wastingfood and her time holding up the line by asking is that the cappuccino or another order and she responded ?I guess sir whilewalking away saying she was going to freak out? When she came back and tried to again make it iced he asked again. Shecontinued to make it iced until she couldn?t find an ?iced cappuccino button? because there isn?t one.. finally another employeehad to tell her exactly what we tried after holding up the line by ignoring us and treating us badly for trying to help. Whenthey brought the drink we told the other lady we were missing an order ?she exclaimed in the background that she put all thefood in the bag? as if something is never forgotten?. I handed the bag over and offered for them to check it. Moral of thestory. Check your bags for missing items and don?t offer up help to the staff in advanced. Read more
