This used to be a regular stop for me, as I work in the mall across the street. I get the same thing every time, which is 2... hamburgers (no cheese) with no mustard and a small order of fries. It was always right and I got this at least 2 times a weekuntil I was able to work from home more, but I would still go for a quick bite. The last FOUR times they could not handle thisorder. Cheese. Every. Time. I took it back the first few times but this time I have had enough. I won?t be spending any moremoney at that location. Read more
Super nice McDonald's! We ate inside and the staff were polite and they brought our food to our table. Inside was clean and the... bathrooms were nice as well. We ate breakfast at around 10am and it goes until 2pm according to staff. When we arrived we parkedin the Applebee's parking lot across the street due to our trailer. By far the rudest manager I have ever had to talk with. I went into the store for a delivery. Didn't wait long. All I said was... that's my delivery sitting on the food counter. And Alexis pops off with "that's cool, I don't care".she then slamms thecustomers food down (which is also missing items) and says here. I left and called the store. I called to speak with anothermanager and I was hung up on and I tried to call again. Well, Alexis answers and I asked to speak with another manager, she saidno. I asked for cooperates number she replied with no I'm a little busy. She quickly changed her answer and spit the phonenumber out so fast I couldn't get the full number. I was not rude or said anything to her! I do not care if you are busy! I amjust making extra cash while I'm on summer break. Pretty decent fast food & not too bad of wait time in the drive thru , which also nice. Does tend to have longer than should be... time in line, but I'm thinking this is due to too many people not wanting to work, leaving businesses short staffed. Read more
Overall never had any bad experiences here. Today I came in to use a free coupon for a sandwich. (Picture provided) . The lady... there, named Alexis, walked over and with attitude told me i could not use it. When i asked why she said her store doesn?t takeit. The mcdonald?s is located on hanley which is in CDA which is a location listed. She continued to humiliate and snap at meand then threw her hands up saying whag we just take the sand which. When we called to get her name she replied ?I don?t give ashit? and hung up the phone. I hope this problem is resolved as it it very embarrassing and you poorly reflects on the store andthe employees there. Read more
Can I get some fries with your customer service? Awaiting an oil change from a nearby automotive shop, I decided to swing into... McDonalds with my infant in her pram while I waited. While I'm in the lobby, a terribly cantankerous lady (the manager I think?)Comes up and demands to know how on earth I got in, 'cause our lobby is closed, that's kinda what the signs on the door arefor. Stunned I just reply "through the front door" (for which I did not see any closed sinage, but that's besides thepoint) Practically rolling her eyes, accusing me *the lady with a large baby pram* of sneaking in, I told her I would be happyto leave, she then begrudgingly wants to know my order, but you can't stay, but since you're in here - on what planet after youroutrageously rude attitude and terrible customer service do you think I'd want to now spend my money here? A simple "I'mterribly sorry, but our lobby is actually closed" would have sufficed. No need to imply I can't read, and accuse me of sneakingin. Absolutely stunned such simple scenario acrued such hostility and poor service. Read more
