As usual, great service, great food! The staff here maintain a high standard of service. Today we had an exceptional waitress by... the name of Marina. She really looked after us. She also served the table closest to us with some really difficult people. Agroup of 4 people lead by a very boorish entitled guy who would fit better into an 18th century tavern. They had barely gottheir drinks and he was demanding a refill. Refill came and he immediately sent her back for another. If I was her he would havebeen wearing it. I watched her reaction and there was not the slightest hint of anything other than pure politeness. This girlwas awesome in every respect and made our experience the very best we have had at Olive Garden. It is not easy to come out ontop because we have always had a great time there, but this was the absolute tops. Thank you Marina and Olive Garden, my wifeand I thank you for her great birthday lunch. Food was delicious and the staff were really friendly. Updating patrons about delays would be really helpful. My family went in... and it was just about empty. After we ordered, a flood of people came in and filled the entire restaurant. We waited for over anhour for our food without any updates. The food was very tasty, the dessert is generallymagical. I usually don't eat desserts, but our waiter, a very wonderful lady Kaila M, advised us the most delicious and tendermousse - dessert, perhaps it was the most delicious dessert in my life. It felt like this restaurant was different from otherOliver Gardens in other states. The interior is very reminiscent of an old castle inside, the waiters know their job, they workquickly and efficiently, the food is tastier and it was also quick to expect it.
