We called in to pre-order a dine in because we had a lot of pizzas. The manager was not friendly at all and made it clear that... we only get paper products because he was "NOT WASHING ANY MORE DISHES FOR THE LAST DINE IN" The thing about it is, we did notcare about the paper products at all, it was the manner that it was said. Ordered pizza this evening. Delivery order had not arrived at 70 minutes past order placement. I called to inquire. Pizza has... been sitting there, a mistake was made and they coded it as a carryout. I get people make mistakes, but no reference to anapology and I was denied a discount on today's order. This isn't the first time the customer service has been disappointing. Pizza finally arrived 1:40 minutes after placing the order. Cold. Read more
We were able to enjoy a late lunch date here, the pizza was actually quite good, the crust was very good, honestly it reminded... me of Hubby's, which is where we went when I was young. The salad bar didn't look impressive but it was better then expected,the ranch was great! Free refills on your drink was really nice to have and the soda was perfect. The restroom was wellmaintained, and the environment of the restaurant overall was comfortable. If I could change anything, it would be too add tothe salad bar and update the decor, the chairs are almost like sitting in a cafeteria. However, neither one of those thingswould keep me away.
