Food was fine and gal working was friendly. BUT the restaurant was so dirty so I can only imagine what the kitchen looks... like. Dirty floor, multiple dirty tables, salad bar was well stocked but there was plenty of rusty Lettuce if you like that sortof thing. Oy vey Read more
If I could post a picture I would. You guys usually have great service but I will no longer think that. I ordered my pizza and... it didn't arrive for over an hour. When I looked at it, the breadsticks were soggy and the condensation sat so long it leakedthrough. Just because it's Saturday doesn't give you an excuse to be lazy and serve bad food. Do better or I will come in nexttime to talk to all of you personally. When you work in food, that is your only job. Read more

Placed order for pick up. Lady working counter gave my order to another customer . Waited another 20 min past the original 20... minutes they were past my pick up time. Got home and realized they gave us regular crust instead of stuffed crust. 72.00 pizzaorder and still didn't get what we ordered. And this was the experience I had after the last time I ordered from here and theynever even delivered my order had to call and cancel for refund after 2 hours of them no knowing where my order was. And theyadvertise 30.00 per hour delivery driver pay. Read more

Called to order 2 medium pizzas and the large pack of boneless wings, team member told me the price would be 71.00 dollars for... delivery! Holy cow! There's no way pizza hut is worth 71 dollars for 2 medium pizzas and some boneless wings. And as I wasshockingly saying please cancel the order ill just make some peanut butter and jelly sandwiches he cut me off and HUNG UP! WOWI've order from this store MULTIPLE times and haven't had an issue but after this occurrence they've lost a faithful customer.Wow, hung up and didn't even offer me deals to maybe bring the cost down. 71 dollars ridiculous. Do not order pizza from this restaurant if you do not want doordash at the moment. I was surprised to find out that they don't... even ask for a phone number of who has your pizza nor do they have the proper equipment to keep the pizza hot so can you trustthis well no my pizza never showed I called the store and was told that I can have it redelivered at 4:00 (an hour later) I hadthree people coming home for lunch in 10 minutes that wasn't an option I do not prefer to use doordash. Apparently between twomanagers in the store they couldn't figure out how to drive a pizza the 10 blocks to my house . Read more

Watch out for the app not giving the correct discounts. It does the old bait and switch to charge you more than you need to,... especially when you use the Pizza Hut app. The local stores say they can't do anything about the online orders, so bewary. UPDATE: I responded to the owners with all the information and included a copy of the receipt. I got nothing from themand that is why the star rating has dropped. If you request information to make a situation right then do nothing; don't expecta glowing or even average review. Better luck next time Emerald City Pizza (maybe). Read more

The pizza I purchased was... one of the options but the counter help was not interested in accommodating the cost adjustment. Food was as expected. Hot,made as ordered and good taste. A great experience picking up a pizza. I put my order over the phone and within 15 mins it was ready and perfect. There was a... sign apologizing about the dining room being closed due to them being short staffed, which seems to be the case for any and allrestaurants in the area. Read more
