For a chain it's exactly what you'd expect. We both got burgers, 1 had a hair on the plate and they very quickly fixed the... issues. My bun was soggy on the black and blue burger and the cheese tasted like chemicals (likely the cooking gas). The frieswere borderline uncooked. Well... we called in our order.. ordered extra campfire sauce.. extra fries.. and custom ordered burger. The nice girl came out... and read the order back to us and was correct. Arriving home. Nothing.. absolutely nothing was correct.. I had 15 fries... noextra.. she had 10! No fries.. no campfire sauce and both hamburgers were cold.. it was a 5 min drive home. I guess for fastfood this is what red Robin interprets as "good food". It was a complete disappointment on every level. Avoiding this placeafter a long work week will save you the absolute frustration of a very very disappointing meal. Shame on you. People, rely onyou to provide a quality meal when they pay with their hard earned money. I shouldn't be a risk, ever, to eat at yourestablishment. RR is pretty consistent. I was getting my car worked on at the Honda dealer and grabbed a beer and a burger while watching some... college football. I had the scorpion burger. I think it was mild spicy. It def wasn't thai spicy but it was good. Got tolove the RR fry seasoning and bottomless fries. Read more

We took our son to Red Robin for his birthday and it was a great experience! We were seated quickly, our server was so nice and... our food came out hot and fresh! My family ate here tonight and it was truly terrible from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left (which was a... very long time). We were told it would be a 20 minute wait and it ended up being a 40 minute wait until we were seated. Wewaited another 20 minutes to order. We had to ask several times for drink refills. After such a long wait to be seated and toorder they didn?t have the menu items available that my kids ordered. We never received my daughter?s milkshake so we askedabout it when a waitress finally came by at the end of our meal and she said she forgot to tell us they ran out of milk and wereunable to make the milkshake. Red Robin is the best! Perfect for families but also stays open until 11:00 on the weekends for a late night bite and beverage.... There is something on the menu for everyone and their dietary restrictions including keto and vegan! Plenty of space for largeparties, lots of parking and very handicap accessible. Best burgers, fries and bottomless sides. Sit in Shellie's section -she's super sweet, attentive and will make sure your drinks and fries are full at all times!
