I went in around a week ago and thought this was pretty gross considering I have worked in the fast food service before but the... red head lady who appears to be a leader of some sort made my drink without washing her hands (i paid in cash) and when wewaited for my sisters order she threw full dirty dishes in the soapy water i could see. Not how you should be doing dishes! Andyou should always be washing your hands! I?m disappointed in the sheer laziness. Read more

Anna was super nice! We ordered a drink for us and usually get the kids hot cocoa at home since it can be so pricey. She was... sooo nice she made a kids cocoa and loaded it up with whip cream for my BFs son since he ordered all on his own! She even cut astraw for him since they don?t make them small enough for kids drinks. Read more

My order was correctly made the few times I've been here. The interior is nice and well kept. They serve various coffees and... pastries, pricing is a bit high, but quality is good. Not necessarily worth the price, however it is a quick stop with a goodvariety of options. Nice place to sit down and drink coffee while using the wifi, which in my experience performs pretty well. Awell kept Starbucks location from what I've experienced. Read more

Beleth offered my sister and I each a sample of a frozen tea. Neither of us like coffee so he started telling us about the other... things Starbucks has to offer. I?ve stepped foot in Starbucks twice but never did I know you could get stuff here other thancoffee... I know I know, how naive of me! But Beleth has such a relaxed and easy to talk to personality and I just really wantedto write a positive review about our experience today because of him. Read more

It was busy and there was only one girl working. She made everything quickly without losing quality! We were so impress! What an... amazing employee, but bummer she had to work alone. She was clearly stressed :( She still did an amazing job. Read more

Starbucks is considered the main representative of "second wave coffee", initially distinguishing itself from other... coffee-serving venues in the US by taste, quality, and customer experience while popularizing darkly roasted coffee.[5] Sincethe 2000s, third wave coffee makers have targeted quality-minded coffee drinkers with hand-made coffee based on lighterroasts, while Starbucks nowadays uses automated espresso machines for efficiency and safety reasons.[5][6] Starbucks locationsserve hot and cold drinks, whole-bean coffee, microground instant coffee known as VIA, espresso, caffe latte, full- andloose-leaf teas including Teavana tea products,[7] Evolution Fresh juices, Frappuccino beverages, La Boulange pastries, and snacks including items such as chips and crackers; some offerings (including their annual fall launch of the Pumpkin SpiceLatte) are seasonal or specific to the locality of the store. Many stores sell pre-packaged food items, hot and cold sandwiches, and drinkware including mugs and tumblers; select "Starbucks Evenings" locations offer beer, wine, andappetizers.[8] Starbucks-brand coffee, ice cream, and bottled cold coffee drinks are also sold at grocery stores. Starbucksfirst became profitable in Seattle in the early 1980s.[9] Despite an initial economic downturn with its expansion into theMidwest and British Columbia in the late 1980s,[10] the company experienced revitalized prosperity with its entry intoCalifornia in the early 1990s.[11] The first Starbucks location outside North America opened in Tokyo in 1996; overseasproperties now constitute almost one-third of its stores.[12] The company opened an average of two new locations daily between1987 and 2007.[13] On December 1, 2016, Howard Schultzannounced he would resign as CEO effective April 2017 and would bereplaced by Kevin Johnson. Johnson assumed the role of CEO on April 3, 2017[14], and Howard Schultz retired to become ChairmanEmeritus effective June 26, 2018.[15] Read more
