I love Wendy's, it's my favorite fast food place by far. My local locations are Post Falls and CDA. The employees are very nice... and the restaurants are clean. However, between two locations my drive through orders are NEVER correct. I ignore it and tellmyself it's not a big deal, next time it will be ok. But it's not, next time it's wrong too. Items are missing, food we didn'torder is in the bag, drinks are wrong and so on. Every Fricken time. Last time the order was wrong, i just threw the whole bagin the trash. Food was OK, price was a bit high, information about the food was inaccurate, special request was missed... didn't notice... until after we drove off and we were in a hurry so we couldn't go back to get it fixed. Read more
Wendy's is rated #1 for fast service. I do believe it is true. The food is pretty good all around. Its to bad that inflation is... killing the fast food business. For about the same price I can walk into a restaurant and order just about the same thing andmuch better. Read more
I ordered a Dave double through door dash. This is what they sent for my $10.68 two buns and 8 pickles. No meat, no cheese, no... condiments. Just pickles and Ironically I marked no pickles on the order. Wendy's used to be pretty decent after this I won'tever order from them again. Read more
The Wendy's on Pine in Spokane was great! Great service, fast, clean and the food was very good! They still have good grilled... chicken sandwiches along with many other choices! All 7 of us had great meals. Read more
There was a line at the drive-thru when I arrived, but the line moved pretty quickly. My order was received hot & fresh, and... accurately. Wendy's is a bit expensive, but they have the best fast food hamburgers around. Read more
At 9:30 they?re not open in the lobby or even other son says nine takes five minutes friend unlock the door during the pouring... rain come you?re stuck in and we enter the lobby or welcomed by eight pan full of raw bacon on the counter just laying there bythe cash register really tells you how fast food. We didn?t witness an employee get yelled at opening the gate 30 minutes afterthey?re scheduled to be open because they were not ready even though they?re signed contradicts that now now I am no expert thedoor should be open.and we are now being told to exit the lobby. Food is always good, purchased key tags for free Frosty's next year, and didn't receive them in our bag and we didn't remember... till we got home, so I called them. And the nice lady on the phone put them off to the side for me with my name on it to pick upthe next day. It was a great experience, the kids will enjoy these sticking stuffers this Christmas!
