Wow! Just wow! What a find! I visit Coeur d’ Alene at least once a year and am so glad I came across this shop. The staff is... amazing. Great friendly service. McKenna was especially helpful and congenial. So appreciated. The almond croissant wasdelicious. The cappuccino was perfect. The mango black tea was refreshing. The vibe is modern, yet comfortable and welcoming. Iwill be back to try the brownie (covered with nuts and caramel). They also have gluten free options that look incredible. Read more

Fabulous place and ambiance! Visited today and can’t wait to go again. I ordered the almond croissant which was great. Perfect... amount of sweet vs. savory, flaky, and soft on the inside. The staff was also extremely sweet and helpful (especially MissLinda!!) who gave us so many tips on what to do while visiting Coeur d’Alene. The rose and honey/ lavender macarons weredelicious. I’ve traveled around the world, and Woops has the best homemade almond croissant/pastries/sandwiches I’ve ever had! Also,... there coffee is so smooth, I bet you won’t need cream! Not only are there macarons to die for but the place is super cute! I came in to take photos for my Instagram... (megann_livingstonn) and the staff was more than welcoming for it. They made me and my husband feel super comfortable and it wasa great place for him and I to hang out. Plus they have yummy latte, sandwiches, and other pastries. What a wonderful local shop. The owner has done a wonderful job staffing the facility with the kindest people and provides a... clean, friendly and warm atmosphere to sit and enjoy your coffee. The coffee is brewed in house and the macaroons are out. Of.This. World! The building itself is over 100 years old and the owner has left lots of the original Architectural design exposed.Very beautiful. Read more
