Horrible Horrible Horrible service!!!! our food was ICE COLD! ALL OF IT! and hour and a half before closing time! they messed up... half of our order. the lady even told us they didn?t have enough to remake it so they had to make us a wait a very long time.they gave us a lot of attitude when we paid $20 for this!!! the whole kitchen was yelling and laughing at us as well!!! don?tEVER GO HERE !!! horrible people to give ur money to!!!! I can't say enough good things about Arby's franchise. At all the locations that I visit I have yet to have any issues (knock on... wood). The food is always fresh, the service is always quick, and the workers are always friendly. In this day in time It ishard to come across such gracious hospitality. I do very much appreciate it. Cashier recommended Orange Creme Shake. It hit the spot on a hot day. The Beef 'n Cheddar seemed puney. More bread than meat.
Going through Coffeyville on Sunday, this Arby's was a great place to pickup lunch. Service was friendly and the food was good.
Messed up the order, we had to turn around and go back, then when we got there they dumped our small container into the large... container then took her bare hands and put the new fresh ones into the large container and gave them to another customer!!!What? Very Fresh curly fries - everyone in the family loved them! Classic Beef with cheese was so good!
Shocked and Disappointed. I had to ask for everything other than the cup lids and straws such as Arby's sauce, ketchup,... napkins, and everything else for my dine in meal of roast beef and cheddar with fries. The dinning lobby had been remodeled andlooked nice and clean EXCEPT for the glass globes of the lights over the tables which were filthy and waiting to drop dirt anddust onto the tables.
