The food was really good. All of it was fresh and delicious. I ordered a spicy crispy chicken, a bunch of fries, a couple... quarter pounders, and some mc chickens. Of course with some drinks, haha. The employees were soo nice and polite. There was onethat even opened the foor for me when I got there. I think her name was Chelsea. Seemed like a really neat little town...I want to day the drive thru was busy..but busy as moving faster than normal foot... traffic...pretty neat day an age we live in ..don't forget to laod the mc donalds application onto phone prior to ordering youcan find coupons discounts through rewards...an order food from your phone..or a kiosk touch screen inside Read more
I'm shocked at the price increases. Shocked. If you don't pay attention, the LG drink for a dollar has changed to a small... drink. No more dollar sandwiches, now it's buy one get 2nd for a dollar. They aren't paying their employees congruent more.. Read more
Staff was courteous and the food was served quick, correct and warm! One of the best McDonald's we have visited in awhile!

I placed a Mobile order this morning. I checked in at the curbside pickup at 10:05. I watched several cars come and go in the... drive thru and several people in the lobby. At 10:15 I got tired of waiting and went inside the store to ask for my food. It wassitting on the counter. When I got to work a few minutes later (late because of the wait) I began eating and my food was cold.Butter would not even melt on my pancakes and biscuit was not edible (rock hard) and nothing to put on it. Was in the drive through along with close to 7 others waiting. 14 mins never moved. And this was my very first visit to... McDonald's in Bartlesville. Is probably now my last ever with McDonald's. Was the last day of the McRib. Could afford to belate where I was going be cause of this. So not only did I not get lunch because I couldn't leave because the line wasn't movingyour outer lame makes it to where of you want to just knave you can't. Was literally held hostage. Finally the people behindfigured this all out and backed up and left as well. So yeah not only did I not get lunch that day now I will never get a mcribever again. Thus was me and my mom's thing since I was old enough to remember. I'm 45 now. 40 years of memories you Managed tomake screw up for me. Thanks a ton. Read more
