Worker did not want to make our sandwich for he was arguing with another employee to make it he said he was tired. Felt... uncomfortable for my order after that. Bathroom facility was disgusting and toilet was running constantly. Final note mysandwich bagel was not toasted.????????????. Read more
Honestly, a nightmare. Line is always a mile long and there is always something wrong with every order I get. I don't know if... they're just always understaffed or what, but if there were any other dunkin donuts closer to my job I'd go there. Read more
Highway robbery!!!! Charged me 5.02 for the exact same coffee I get at every other location for less than $3.75. I was told... it?s independently owned & that?s why - well there should be a cap off!!!! Had I known prior to being charged I would have goneto starbucks or Mary lous & got better coffee at a cheaper price!!!! Read more
They make stuff ok sometimes but only about 1 person there speaks English and they are never working the drive thru so your... order is almost always wrong and the employees always seem agitated Read more
Stood at the register for 5 minutes while one guy was working the drive thru window. Listened to 2 ladies out back gabbing away.... When they were done one walked one way and the other walked right by me and waited on another costumer at the drive thru. Sheasked the other guy if I was waiting long. That's when I put my money back in my pocket and left. I went to Mary Lou's coffeeplace which happened to be the next driveway down. Read more
The girl who took our prefer was attentive to detail. Very clean environment and timely in delivering our order. Although they... did prioritize the drive-through, which did not delay or order, but did delay the man's order behind us. But that is for hisreview, not mine. ;) Read more
What a joke! Unbelievably unprofessional staff...couldn't handle the volume. I counted 5 servers. Lines inside and out. I... overheard one employee saying "Don't tell me what to do, I'm in charge!". as she walked in the back room...away from the lines. I was the 2nd in line at the counter. I was in the store for 20 minutes. Had to repeat my order several times....Large icedFrench vanilla w/2 Splenda and Xtra oat milk. I waited 10 minutes, and until 2 people who came after me got their orders, tocomplain that I didn't get my coffee. Had to repeat it 2 more times. The "in charge" person came over, picked up a coffee thatwas on the counter and shoved it in my face saying "It's right here!". I looked down and there was a very dark coffee with asmall puddle of white down the bottom....no clue what it was, and no one called out what it was, so I said no one called it out. The "in charge" person looked at me and said "Pick it up and read it!". I'd prefer not to touch someone else's coffee, just asmuch as I wouldn't like someone else touching mine, but apparently, that's how the "in charge" person runs that Dunks. Becauseas I picked up my beverage, another server called out an order, and was told to "just leave it there" by a fellow employee. Bythat time, the store was PACKED!. Mary Lou's gets my business from here on out. No excuse for that behavior. Plenty of staff,just extremely poor management. Read more
