The ginger haired lady wearing purple was very rude and couldn?t provide good customer service. She even refused to make us... drinks even though we were willing to pay. There was 2 people inside that store and there was no one in the drive thru or in thecafe. She said we needed a car to go through drive thru so we asked if we could go in the cafe but she wouldn?t allow us to goin because she was short staffed but there was no one to assist at that time. So everyone inside the cafe was free. It wouldhave taken her 5 minutes tops and it would have only benefitted her and not us. She claims that she owns that store when inreality cooperate owns her store and she?s just managing it. I come here all the time and recently this has happened because ofthis women I will not recommend this Starbucks to anyone and Starbucks will be hearing about this. She had claimed that she owned the store and couldn?t take... our orders cause she was short on people but it said that at 3:30 the cafe would open so myself I went when I was busy. Everyone is soooo friendly there except one. She's no gem. Love going there everyday!!
Every time I order a drink they make it wrong. I ordered a white mocha and they gave me chocolate, I am unhappy.
Today I brought my dog in to help train him for being an ESA and the staff was very kind and welcoming!
Best Starbucks in the area by far. Staff is always kind and very quick both in drive through as well as inside. Drinks are... always perfectly to order and I have yet to have a complaint about any of the food. This should be where you get your coffee ifyou're in town. Read more
My favorite Starbucks around. They have a drive-through which is awesome. They are often extremely busy, and a mobile order... isn?t always the best idea. But everyone is super fast in terms of making your beverages, sandwiches etc., and the inside isvery comfortable. Lots of space to study and spend time. They have a clover machine, which is always a plus. Always heavilystaffed and the employees get The regulars here very quickly. Of course the drinks are always great. Read more
