I will NOT be going back for food again ! Rude women that work here - a lot of goofing off going on and food not getting made... right ! Called wanted to explain what happened and all they both did was tried to argue with me super disappointed- I alwaysspend a lot of $$ and always come a lot before the pandemic but never had such bad food till now ! - egg foo young was soooogreasy , lo main was super over cooked , general Tso was very small amount and small hard chunks - hurt my teeth , cream cheesewontons cold - I threw my food away and the women were super rude and I called ! The fried rice wasn?t cooked it was uncooked and tasteless! Unbelievable! The only reason We go there was because it was great... food ! We just Now picked up the replacement fried rice and it?s under cooked and tasteless And expensive!I just received myfried rice was tasteless! The rice wasn?t the rice you would use for fried rice! Have been here several times over the last two years and this place has yet to disappoint. Myself and the wife both love the... food...my wife gets the vegetable chow mein every time and loves it!! SUPER DISAPPOINTED. This place is NOT what it used to be. The fried rice was absolutely HORRIBLE -- literally no flavor. It... tasted like plain rice with a brown tint. I'm pretty sure they're using Uncle Ben's rice as it was nothing like any other riceI've had at an Asian restaurant. I called and asked for a partial refund to which the woman argued that their rice has alwaysbeen that way and offered 15% off my next purchase. Needless to say I declined. None of us will be back. Went in and ordered egg foo young and fried rice. Told me they don't have egg foo young after 3. Isn't hard to make so I'm... confused why they won't make it after 3. New cokato and was excited to try. Now I never will. Read more
Smaller portions than I expected however food was fresh and hot! Sesame chicken was awesome! Broccoli and beef yes! The yummy... remane kids drinks were fun! I will definitely go here for takeout again for the family!!! Read more
The food is great, prices are reasonable, the owners are nice and the place is very clean. Perfect if you want some good... takeout. Eating in can be a challenge. Food is served in takeout containers. Its extremely awkward trying to eat soup from atiny plastic container thats sliding all over the table and you spill half of the soup before it gets to your mouth. The plasticforks and spoons are the lowest grade I have ever seen. They are very flimsy. You cannot even stab a piece of chicken withoutbreaking the fork. They have been serving food this way for many years. We love the food so much we would gladly chip in to buythem some plates and silverware. A+ on the food and service, a solid D on presentation.
