A very nice employee named Brandon made me the best sub I've had in a long time. Every restaurant needs employees like him.
The teen boys with horrible attitudes and so very slow. They acted like we were putting them out to order anything and when I... they out peppercorn corn ranch on my little boys sandwich I told him that all the pepper wouldn?t taste good to my child he toldme in a very angry voice that they are the same thing and it wouldn?t matter. They flopped and threw their equipment instead ofsetting it down. We won?t be back!!! Read more
The manager at this store is rude and looks like she needs to shower. No hairnet or hat and her hair was all over the place.... Said she had 10 sandwiches to make and it was going to be 15 mins but really it was only 5 sandwiches. Read more
Went and got 2 subs in the drive thru small car and small trailer, pulled up to the window tried paying for my food with a $100... bill they denied the payment said I could go to another local business and break it then come back. Also said they do not accept$50 bills. If I can not walk into a American business with my American money and spend it because it inconvenienced the store,and there going to make the customer do it. I will not take my business there any longer and other local towns subways will getit because they are willing to take and break my bill. Read more
It's fustrating when you want double cheese and they barely give you 1 serving and charge you for 2. Lady that manages it had to... double check to see if they charged me for the extra and complains how busy it is Read more
Extremely rude employees tonight. 2 young guys and a brand new girl that just started tonight. The two guys were trash talking... the new girl saying how bad she socks and has no idea what she was doing. Mind you they stated she had only worked there for 3hours. Also saying they are going to quit because their manager is "brain dead". All this as they were making my food EXTREMELYslowly. Very disappointed. Sad part is, the "new girl" also worked at DQ in town and I know from experience with her there thatshe is an amazing worker. Pretty sad new hires are treated like that at this subway location. There was a long line out the door and a few drive through. Three workers total and Keala decided it would be a good idea to... come in lobby and sit with her friends instead of helping the other two workers. After asking her coworker if she should help,she decides to go help but keeps pulling out her vape and smokes while helping customers. As a subway worker myself, VERYunprofessional. Food was good though because it was made by an extremely kind worker named Haley. Read more
Seriously less than satisfied. JUST went through the drive through, just ordered two footlong meals, my husband's sandwich was... completely wrong. He ordered a chicken bacon ranch, they gave me a untoasted, SHREDDED chicken sandwich (it comes withrotisserie not shredded) with NO BACON???? As well as the fact that half the sandwich was cheese. Mine had bad lettuce, and nomayo. (Side note, I definitely ordered everything right, we literally always get the same two meals at any subway) We aren'tcoming back here. I'd rather drive 30 minutes further to the buffalo location. Don't stop here. Read more
