Need to get the facts straight with visa an debit while getting delivered..love the food..but visa and your every day debit card... are completely different..completely different..no 3 digit code on back of debit card just a credit card.. he kept asking forit. I eat from so many restaurants you guys can follow me on google. Today I eat from this restaurant oh man believe me or not fries... are over cooked tests less and pizza is like hard frozen bread. I will share the picture so guys you May understand that becauseafter spending full amount of meal and you got test less food so you will never visit. I hope they will choose good ingredients. This a great place to order food. We typically order for delivery....Pizza, lasagne, Ceasar salad, wings, veal sandwich... (although they have many other items). Food tastes great. Hot food is hot, cold items are cold. Great value, great prices. Quickdelivery. If it happens to be an extremely busy time, they will let you know that, and give an accurate delivery time. Ordered pizza tonight. XL meat with no sausage. Sausage all over the pizza. They blamed us for not checking before we left the... shop. Said they accidentally put sausage on but took it off. That it is maybe only a couple pieces. On my two slices alone hadover 7 pieces. Hung up on my dad during conversation. Would not recommend this business. Read more
After visiting the famous Big Apple. We were looking for a nearby restaurant, in this beautiful town. So we discovered this... restaurant. The restaurant was close, however coincidentally the owner was there. We were super hungry, so we requested theowner to accommodate our order if they could. They were super nice, and accepted our request. This super nice couple, made foodwith love which was lip-smacking. We really could not have asked for more. Brutal experience after dealing with these guys many times. I called for delivery as I've done many times and things started off... fine. Towards the end of the conversation I was told my wait time will be 1.5 hours. I said I hope it won't be any longer andthe guy laughed and said "maybe longer like 2 hours or more". He followed up with "but don't worry the pizza will be warm" I letthat go and simply waited for the delivery. 3 hours goes by so I call in and the manger said it's simply a shortage of driversand offered zero sympathy or discount for this stupidly long wait. 20 minutes later the girl arrives with the pizza that i nolonger cared about and was very apologetic. I hold no grudge against the driver but completely on the management and whoeveranswered the phone. Hopefully this is a lesson on how to be professional and run a business properly. Maybe use someone else toanswer the phone as the young guy can't seem to deal with basic customer service. Read more
