They are extremely slow, take forever to get your food out to you. And that's if they get it right.
Hands down the worst subway I?ve ever gone to. Sadly it?s local and we?ve tried several times. EVERY time it?s wrong. Here?s the... new ?boss? sandwich without anything I ordered and completely cold. Been calling their number for the last 20 mins. No oneanswers. Tried to do a complaint with corporate. They?re all digital and can?t contact anyone without the info from the receiptthat they never gave me. I absolutely hate this place. Very nice place to get in after driving for several hours. It?s right next to a gas station which was convenient. It was very... hot outside the day it was nice to come into a nice cool place and relax and eat. They didn?t have Swiss cheese at this locationat this time but things happen so I?m not going to take a star off for this. Read more
Just left this location and our food is delicious. We are on the road and decided to stop here, checked the reviews and that... made me a little worrisome but everything is great. Eric and his 2 team mates killed the endless line. 5 stars. Read more
Kinda ridiculous tbh. This place was cool, now it's less cool. They drew back on a lot of dining space than when I last... remember, and now, the food is getting really bad when it comes to prices. Food was good, and the store was clean. The only issue I had was with either a manager or an employee named I think Desirae?... When I went in it was just 3 employees and two of them seemed to be new hires. She was belittling and extremely rude to one ofthem in front of everybody, saying things like ?here?s the knife, you can at LEAST cut a sandwich, right?? Unfortunately Ididn?t get a receipt so I couldn?t at least leave a survey directly, but honestly if this is how management treats theiremployees then this isn?t a good restaurant to stop at. Service is not good, touch screen is hard to work. If you have tons amount of patience then you're good. Easily a 20 minute plus... wait in the drive through. Maybe the lobby is better, maybe? People are friendly thats why i gave 3 stars. Read more
