Ok. Pretty slow. Long line . This is just drive through only.
I've been coming to this Dunkin for years now and have never had an issue. And I know things are different due to the pandemic... so I've been trying to be more understanding with certain things especially since staffing I know has been an issue. But whenyou have a closing time for 7, I don't expect the speaker to give me an automated message saying the store is closed at 6:40.I've worked in retail and if you close at 7, you close at 7 and then start clean up - you don't close early so you can finishcleaning up the store to leave early as much as that is enticing. I can only figure this location has been impacted by the labor shortage. I've tried to stop here a couple times. In the first... attempt the drive thru line was out to the entrance. Today I tried again but couldn't get service when I got to the speaker. Igave up after a few minutes when the cars behind me started honking. I'm sure the employees are trying their best but at thispoint I have to get my coffee needs met elsewhere. ???? Read more
