Waited 15 minutes in line just to get my order totally wrong..
Totally agree with all these negative comments!Take the extra time and drive to the Colchester Center location Dunkin' Donuts... who actually knows what they are doing! Not sure if this location is grossly understaffed or what is going on but their serviceis horrendous!! Read more
You will never not wait in line for at least 15 minutes in the morning. One of the slowest drive thru lines ever. Half the time... after waiting my order is wrong as well. I only go here because it?s on my way to work. Read more
I live in town and stop there 5 times a week. They get the order correct about 50% of the time. I'm not sure what's wrong with... their process compared to other locations. There's no way to get the order corrected (no inside service, which I get due topandemic) without waiting in line for 20 additional minutes again. It really can't be as hard as they make it. I went to this dunkin today and ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich and the bread was so burnt on the inside of the sandwich... that when I bit into it made my gums bled. I tried calling and I can't get through. I ended up throwing my sandwich out thewindow. Not the first time I've had an issue here. Read more
I wrote this because I?m shocked by some of the negative reviews. I go daily and everyone that works there has been extreme... friendly. I?ve had to wait a few minutes here and there but that?s because the line is long. Not out of slowness but because ofdemand. No reason to give it one star. There are four Dunkin? Extremely slow and uncoordinated service, wait time was 8 minutes with two cars in front . Minimal people inside the gas... station ... they've been open long enough to get their s**t together ... coming here because it's the only close option .... Iwill never be back to this location 50% you will get what you ordered and if you do it will probably be made wrong .... so sad... corporate doesn't care one bit and its obvious management is just getting a paycheck seems ????
