My wife and I go to subway once a week. We moved into Colchester last November, so we've been going there all this time and... never had a problem with nothing. The manager lady here (middle aged with blonde hair) is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. When I went in today She was... discussing with another employee about cutting the hours of different employee in front of customers. They tried to give me asandwich with three pickles on it. I used to work at subway and I know the serving sizes of the veggies and 3 pickles is not aserving. This lady is so rude every time I go in, at this point I go there as a last resort and I hope she's not there becauseshe's miserable. Some times she charges me for the sandwich I want and sometimes she charges me for a ham turkey with baconinstead of a subway melt. She claims there is no button but last time I went my receipt said subway melt. It's not that hard tobe friendly and nice to customers. One store does not accept Subway deals. Second when I ordered two kids meals they didn't come with a toy. They didn't say... anything to me but I over heard them say to each other we don't carry the toys here. Well tell me that! Disgusting owner,terrible customer service! Follow up!
