We arrived at the drive- thru window at 12:45 am. The restaurant advertises being OPENED until 1:00 am. Well, at 12:45 am on... Sunday November 6, 2022 everything was CLOSED, and people were inside cleaning up. If you are going to start cleaning up at12:30 am, then CLOSE at 12:30 am. Terrible chicken sandwiches. They never look like advertised and so expensive. Service is apathetic.
Stopped last night after a 5 hour drive looking for food. Not sure what was going on but the wait time in line was horrendous. ... I sat at the order window for 15 min waiting to order before i drove off. Menu was dark, did half of colchester lose power?Ended up driving off because i was hungry and tired of waiting so i went to the new London location. I stopped in colchesterbecause i used to get great service there and they used to be super quick to get people through the drive through. I would havepreferred to enjoy my snack on the rest of my drive home. But instead i had to wait til i got home to get and enjoy my food. Ijust wanted spicy nuggies and dr pepper.
