Was really good service and great food and was good place
On August 22 I took some athletes to BP for dinner. We planned to meet there for 4:30 to take advantage of your happy hour... prices for the appetizers. We ordered the bandara bread and cactus cut fries prior to ordering the two pizzas. When ordering theapps, I pointed to the two choices on the Happy Hour Menu. When the bill came out, I had been charged full price (which is overdouble) the amount for both the apps. I politely mentioned it to the employee who provided us with the bill. She left, came backand told me that we had been given the regular size appetizers so didn?t qualify for the happy hour price. She did say, however,they would give us a small discount for the inconvenience. When I told her that we had arrived and ordered during happy hour,using the happy hour menu, she told me that the server who took our order was new and likely didn?t realize. As I was there witha younger audience and was treating them to supper, I didn?t escalate the matter further. That said, the error was made by theserver, therefore, was not something I should have had to pay for. This is unacceptable that the customer paid for their errors. Read more
Well, simply excellent! The pizza was well cooked and delicious, the service was friendly.
My family and i had a excellent experience with the staff and the food was wonderful!
Went out for a small (5 people) birthday celebration last night and we were very disappointed. It took 20 mins to get our... drinks, our food was cold, cutlery arrived after the meal was delivered, no refills on drinks, and our waiter didn?t check in onus at all. Not impressed at all! Read more
Leaving a review because we were very disappointed after a long day and wanting a good meal. First our server was barely ever... around but thankfully the hardworking hostess was able to get us our condiments we needed. Our drinks were also served with noice and we were told they barely had any yet I seen people getting served fish bowls half full of ice. The manager was alsoserving drinks that had ice in them yet we couldn?t get any for our cesars and had to send them back. The bathroom as we wereleaving were horribly kept! The three bins were overflowing onto the floor with garbage and toilets were plugged! The onlyenjoyable thing was for the kids when the robot served our food and the friendly hostess that was willing to help us out whenshe already looked very busy . The waitress on staff was awesome!!! Even though was near the end of the shift she was full of great spirits!!! Great... job!!! The negative thing is the prices! Every time I go I feel the portions are getting smaller and prices are constantlyincreasing. For example, the sandwiches are priced on average 18$ for that you get either a ceaser salad and a sandwich the sizefit for a senior! Over all staff awesome, prices suck! Read more
