Yo it's 8:00 and there's 2 cars in the drive thru there's no reason for yall to take 15 minutes to take an order and then... another 10 to serve 4 coffees and a bottle of water. Not to mention the 4 times repeating the order, when you clearly heard usthe first 3 times. Hire someone who can do their job. This is absolutely ridiculous service. Usually dont leave reviews that are negative but I order the same thing almost everytime I go. Steep tea double double, and some... type of food. At least 30% of the time Im given coffee, which I understand can happen if theyre rushed and its a habbit to justserve coffee as that seems to be the go to for most people. Sometimes I dont notice its coffee till Im at work so I just end upgiving it to a coworker. But when I do go in to exchange its made to feel like its my fault they messed up my order?? And afterwaiting 15 minutes in a DRIVE THRU I kinda expect my order to be right. This is by far the slowest Tim Hortons Ive ever beentoo. The lady taking the order was super polite and patient. But didn?t get my espresso shot In my drink i ordered. I?d rather wait... extra time for the order to be 100%, than get rushed through and have the Order messed up. Read more
I drove an hour and a half for a caramel macchiato at 2pm. Did it disappoint? Absolutely not!! The cleanup staff (gentle old... lady and old man) are so adorable and kind. They keep the place spick and span! Will I go back? Of course just to get that senseof love and affection. Read more
Went through the drive thru this morning. I asked for no cake timbits. And specifically said like chocolate old fashioned plain... sour cream glazed. The members working do not understand what a cake donut or timbit is. Untrained staff causing loss ofpersonal time especially in the morning rush. Read more
