I normally love big boy. This has beeny fav place to eat since I was a kid and today it was absolutely HORRID service sucked... she for got part of my order then didn't stay at the table long enough for me to even say anything. I got the salad bar as welland that thing was empty I pretty much paid 13$ for a bowl of veggie soup( which was almost empty) this was absolutelydisappointing. We ate at the Cold Spring location and even though there was only one server working, she was very fast and the food was... correct. Great service. However, the chain has gotten rid of the breakfast burrito that my son wanted and the tuna melt that mymother wanted. Overall menue changes are going down hill. The tartar sauce is still good though! There were 4 adults and 2 kids in our group. We had to tell one of the servers that the salad was brown on salad bar. Eggs on... salad bar were so cold they seemed almost frozen. (Crunchy) Hot part of bar was old enough that everything had a crust onit. Girl was stirring one of the item and I let her know that wasn't working to make it look edible. We wound up ordering offthe menu. All the meat in our sandwiches was overcooked. My wife had bacon in her sandwich that was inedible. Server was slowand not customer friendly. We sat for 15 minutes when we first got there before she came to gat our order. After we got ourfood. She came back once to check on us as we were finishing up eating. I love Frisch's. I came to Frisch?s for breakfast. Haven?t done that in a long time. But with the economy they way it?s been lately all you could... eat breakfast bar sounds pretty good. Not only was everything in the prepared with fresh products from fresh ingredients. But Iserver Samantha was the most kind sever I?ve had in a long time. I couldn?t believe how well we were treated. I didn?t have toask for my drink to be refilled once. She never let it get less than half way. And even offered to get a few things brought outto bar if anything ran out. Hospitality like that doesn?t come around very often anymore. But I will surely be coming back formore breakfast in the future. if i could give 0 stars i would. i ordered food for my family and apologized numerous times for it being a big order. they had... me wait and i had to get their attention 10 minutes after waiting. finally they took our order while making comments on the wayi said menu items and i kept apologizing. after getting food and spending $100 something was wrong so i went in and Teresa hadthe biggest attitude problem. she had a rude tone in her voice the entire time i was trying to get my order fixed and in the endshe wants us to pick apart a fish sandwich to make a fish platter. i will never be returning.
