Of all the McDonald's I've visited, this one in cold springs across from furniture fair has got to be the absolute worse of them... all. I've been to many McDonald's because of my work and travel I have to do, it took entirely too long to get my order and itstill wasn't correct. Some things were missing and they provided no napkins and as I sat watching, there was a person that hadordered before me and he was still waiting for his food. It was no larger than what I ordered and from what I could see, he wasstill waiting after I ate and left. Worse of the worse McDonald's I've ever been to. NEVER GOING BACK, and to whatevermanagement reads this, no I did not talk to a manager, the line was TOO long and I had things to attend to. Read more
Actually clean and nice. People are always great here. The drive through is fast and efficient. I feel like I never wait to long... and people are very helpful with whatever you want. Read more
I came here for breakfast before going to work. I ordered a sausage mcmuffin with egg and cheese. What did I get??? A sausage... mcmuffin hard as a rock the only thing I could eat was the sausage. Read more
This place is so inconsistent. It's usually fine when it's not too busy, but awful when they have more than 2 cars in the drive... thru. Ice cream cones are all over the place. Usually just okay, sometimes great, often pathetic. They need to train people tobe consistent in what they do. And why is their system always down? For the past 2 weeks they've either had their system totallydown or they can't take card... Edit...there was a nationwide outage this morning or so the woman said...5 minutes down theroad in Bellevue must be considered outside of the nation because they're up. There are good people there that I like but mostof the others are awful. I wish I knew their names to identify the great ones, but I can only describe them. Dude with hair in apontytail must be a manager because he's always professional and happy. Tall girl with blonde hair in the morning at the pickupwindow is always pleasant. The shorter like mid 50's lady at the pay window in the morning is efficient and pleasant. Sometimesthere is a younger girl with a nose ring that is always smiling when I interact with her. There is another couple of guys andyounger girls that I see in the afternoon sometimes that are great too. The others that I've interacted with haven't beenpleasant or very orderly. The food that my wife and I ordered was horrible. I told the lady about it that was running the cash register after she gave me... someone else's order at first and we actually attempted to eat and then she reported it to the manager and we never even as muchas heard the word sorry or anything else for that matter. The meat was undercooked, the French fries were cold and hard as abrick, and the buns were soggy and wet and just completely fell apart as soon as we attempted to eat it. We took our traystraight to the waste can and dumped the entire order in the garbage can. Needless to say that we won't be returning to thislocation ever. It was 100% positively the worst experience we've ever had. The food and employees are a pitiful pathetic excusefor what a real McDonald's should be. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. And I'm most definitely sending a strongmessage to your cooperate headquarters to inform them about the unsatisfactory pathetic display of performance of the employeesand the poor quality of food and service. There was no show of professionalism whatsoever. I'm appalled to say the very leastand to put it plainly.
